There will be great titles for both and whichever is better depends totally on your taste in games..!
It really depends on how quickly the infrastructure improves and how quickly things like PS Now take off..
A device the size of Vita TV, or a TV itself could stream in 1080p nicely in many places already.. If this gen managed to last 10 years it's really difficult to know where things will be by the end.
I suspect there will always be more generations though, even if they become more niche.
COD, Strider (not necessarily AA), Injustice, Killzone SF (multiplayer is 60fps), Tomb Raider is unlocked FPS but can hit 60, while it's capped at 30 on X1, umm.. There are likely more too.
Wipeout was 1080/60FPS on the PS3.. Single examples are pretty pointless, it's only when there's a comparable version of the same game on another system that you can use it as any sort of yardstick for the system's power.
Off the top of my head - Strider? Injustice? 60fps/1080p there are probably more i don't know about.
Sony is still doomed? This is the most drawn out "doom" I've ever seen. People were saying the exact same stuff since the early days if the ps3 and probably before. Strange.

I have a sony tv - its a few yrs old but its still great - at the time i was stuck for competing TVs with enough hdmi inputs.. Some of the bravias have some good specs depending on what you need.
There can't be irrefutable facts when "best" is always going to come down to opinion.
If someone really loved a load of the NES library they'd consider that a better machine than the PS1. Every single machine has had it's plus points.. You can't objectively weigh their value against one another.
My favourite would probably be the PS1, but the Dreamcast was amazing too. I want a HD remake of Dreamcast Ecco the dolphin!

Compositionally it doesn't - it can allow for a wider horizontal field of view, which makes sense for some games. Particularly third person shooters having extra sideways space sounds great.
It could get annoying if there's a lot of vertical motion though but im guessing they've that of that!
Ok.. That doesn't make a lick of sense. How does having a black bar at the top/bottom decrease detail, exactly? They'll obviously frame things so you can see them fine.

It could have been a good iOS game, they do exist.. The low scores are because it's terrible: its ftp mechanics are at best broken and worst evil (and broken)
Studios really need to work out what franchises work with what payment systems before green-lighting them, this one's ridiculous.
EXACTLY THE SAME!! Except it has bad LOD pop-in, especially in the outdoor areas and it has serious jaggies. And screen tear.
I think I'm probably a decent judge of this considering I played them both, on the same TV after each other. And that was on a PC with a 4 year old CPU.
People on here are insane, seriously. I'm saying it was a good effort but the PS4 is capable of more. If that makes me a PC elitist then so be it. I'd bet the developers ...
By the final act you're wading through so much gibs and nastiness it sort of loses it's impact..
I really enjoyed it though, on PC and PS4, it's a decent port for PS4 but a bit under-optimised? I'm pretty sure it could run better. On PS+ though that doesn't really matter. :)

I'd laugh so hard if Nintendo were the first to market with an HVD drive though, it's so against their MO of using lower than industry standard capacity discs.
You can with most games if you don't mind using a cable. Its really handy to have the DS4s around for splitscreen stuff like PS3 Minecraft. :D
If you're interested in consoles you get more by starting early. I really enjoyed watching the ps3 "grow up" and various mp experiences are time sensitive and never happen again. Watching Home develop through closed beta, Xi etc, playing Warhawk when it was really well populated..

I play the ps4 most days, and use remote play quite a lot now. How is it stupid?
