Nah, call of duty 6. What is this, final fantasy 10?
Too bad no one uses iphones in japan. I heard they were giving them out for free for a little while.. there's not much appeal when you've had 3g since 2003
I think you can tell that they really aren't pleased with the partnership they made with MS. He's trying to keep neutral, obviously, but they clearly can't be pleased with their arrangement when Live has broken 2 of their 3 DLC packs. He seems to do a lot of tip-toeing in his answers about DLC.
All the hands-on stuff I've read about this says it's bad.
Or MGS4: Subsidized Housing. 6 months after, Snake is still alive, and works for the zoning department because Foxhound's upper management shafted him out of a pension.
MGS4: Subsidence! *ground caves away*
Han Solo And Indiana Jones Team Up To Recover Childhoods Everywhere
epic failure is predicted.
*finishes puking*
Sorry guys, what'd i miss?
I absolutely do not think it's overrated, but despite the fact that it's my favorite gaming series ever, I can totally understand why other people think it is.
See, it pays to... steal!? WTFlcopter??
Man, i'd feel so ripped off. Though if they really did that thing that's rumored where games will work on the 360 and the next Xbox but look better on the new one I guess I'd be okay with it since they'd keep putting out stuff on 360, but at that point it's basically like PC gaming with 2 levels of system requirements.
What, you don't think handheld xbox games would be awesome? Obviously that shouldn't be the main focus of an MS handheld but it'd be a sweet feature, like ps1 games on the psp. And maybe touch-screen could be a feature as well, but if there's no actual control pad or buttons it'd be a lot harder to convince me to get it.
This is definitely not the best place to ask this but does anyone know of a portable music player that will play FLAC?
I thought it was multiplat? It just seems like a random title to throw in with the 360 stuff, Assassin's Creed 2 too. I guess MS showed off Fallout 3 and Resi 5 last year though.
why is deus ex 3 bunched in with the 360 stuff?
I really don't like Halo though. I'll rent ODST because I always give the Halo games a spin, but there's nothing I can't find in a more fulfilling FPS form on PC. That's why I don't like when consoles lean on shooters, because shooters are almost always better on PC, I like to go to consoles for other things.
Dammit, why do all these 360-exclusive lists include games that are on PC? Every time I look at one of these hoping to spy a new 360 exclusive it's just full of things that are available cheaper/prettier on PC. I'm so desperate for new 360 games at this point, but with the exception of the atrocious gears of war port there's nothing I can bring myself to buy on 360 over PC.
Man, none of this stuff is really in my "perfect" MS conference. Some kind of xbox handheld would be nice, hopefully with the ability to play xbox originals, but not that touch-screen crap he said. Third party support is kind of unnecessary because almost all third-party exclusives are just on a timer anyway. Square is already backing the xbox, and they can't really make any announcements for 360 games at this point that I won't expect to be terrible. Obviously they'll be talkin...
Raiden = storm, or god of storms or something in Japanese.
I see snake's image in the clouds, I'm guessing this will be a game starring Raiden but the plot will be focused around Snake, who is already dead at this point.
Or it's just a Substance/Subsistence type re-release/DLC type content for MGS4, because we all know that's coming. Maybe it will feature a new campaign or something with Cyborg Raiden?
Also it's likely it just represents Kojima moving on from Snake ...
Why would video run through a crappy compression algorithm ever look better than the disc-based at even an equal resolution? This is basically like comparing CD quality sound to MP3. mpegs are always lossy and definitely don't compress better than whatever algorithms blu ray uses. Digital distributors really need a better way to compress things before they start matching the typical blu ray quality.
