Having played this myself (my friend has a flashed 360), I honestly have no idea why it's getting such high scores. Halo has never been in line with my personal tastes, but my friend has always been a huge Halo fan and even he says it's useless.
But, as we all know, reviews are simply glorified opinions, so to each their own.

An interesting thing I noticed on metacritic:
I hopped over to Uncharted 1's page, and aside from the Onion's review (wtf??) OPM and GamesRadar gave it the lowest score on there, an 80, alongside edge and gamespot and some other stuff.
The point being, two of the sources giving Uncharted some of its lowest scores have now given U2 perfect 10's.
Yeah that's pretty douchey. I understand they're excited about how good it is, but it's going too far when they do things that give off the whole "HAHAHA YOU F*CKERS CAN'T PLAY THIS!!" attitude.
Sony just needs to ADVERTISE!!! That's been their biggest flaw so far. They should advertise the f**k nuggets out of this game. Just show the E3 demo in a commercial, for christ's sake. Even my mom wanted to play it after seeing that, and she hasn't touched a controller since she got me Sonic and a Genesis for my 4th birthday.

This is pretty big coming from GamesRadar, and I'm surprised they said it's better than Gears 2 when they've claimed that Gears 2 is the best game ever made.

I'm with you on the controller thing man, maybe it's just my hands but I can't play action games on the 360 controller. Whenever I picture myself playing a game with a 360 controller, I picture it being a shooter. Although the triggers rest right on the top joint of my index fingers and if I play for more than an hour it starts to rub that area raw.. so I guess the PS3 controller just generally works better for my play style in all games lol

I don't think it's fair to include games that aren't out yet. You could easily replace Uncharted 2 with 1 on the list and Crack in Time with Tools of Destruction. While the evidence seems to be piling up that both U2 and CiT will be amazing, and while GT5 is Gran Turismo which many always consider to be awesome (honestly it could be GT4 with HD graphics and I'd be happy), we don't know how ...

It'd still benefit them the most if they did a 360 bundle AND a PS3 bundle. Now that the PS3 is cheaper, there's more potential PS3 buyers, and more of a PS3 market for them to move in on. If they brought the PS3 COD interest up to 360 levels, that's more money for them. Also the fact that this is the sequel to a game that required a 360, PS3, or capable PC to play, there's probably not that many people who are planning on buying a new console just for this game (obviously I could be wrong...
With all the PS3's new-found sale boosts, you'd think Activision of all companies would want to take advantage of that. Actually it's kind of weird that they're not.

This just means that Sony needs to advertise the fvck out of their lineup. Interesting that Halo isn't on there, though. That's kind of a huge oversight considering Halo has become the brand that the non-gaming world most easily recognizes these days (whether it deserves it or not is a different story).
It seems weird to me that they announced that they were TIMED exclusive. Even flat-out exclusive DLC doesn't sell consoles, and announcing it's timed exclusive is even more pointless. Like MS is shelling out money for no reason other than to d!ck over PC and PS3 owners. And it's not like Activision is gonna say no to free money.

Japanese voice work FTW. I rented the 360 one and the terrible English work really hampered my enjoyment of it. I was iffy about buying it, but now I'm sold on the PS3 version. Gotta love that extra disc space.
I guess they mean in terms of hype vs. sales? I dunno, I loved LBP. I think GTA4 should be on there instead. Just my opinion though.
I hate how they spread this sh!t out over 5 pages with a pop up ad at each page to bolster their ad revenue. Douchebags.
