not sure why assassin's creed 2 is in best graphics for PC. i have it maxed out and any texture more than 30 ft away from ezio is extremely low-res, and the distance LOD isn't adjustable, even in the ini.
also, metro 2033 destroys everything in that best visuals category. not sure why they got drunk and forgot to put it in there. dx11 bad company 2 may hold up against it, but from what i've seen, dx11 metro 2033 is bloody incredible.

im not saying it's unexplainable or unreasonable, simply that i wish there were species that felt more alien than the ones currently in the games. in ADDITION to the ones in the game (as opposed to in place of them) because i like the ones that are currently there. basically i'd just like them to flex their creative muscle even more and think of something completely foreign to us as a species.

i think he means that people who started playing fallout with fallout 3 would have trouble digesting the whole history of the NCR and its origins rooted all the way back in the first Fallout, that fallout 3 is more a basic introduction to two factions of the fallout universe rather than an in-depth continuation of the first two games.
cuz honestly, it doesn't really make sense how powerful the enclave is in fallout 3 after you destroy them at the end of fallout 2.
i totally love mass effect, but my biggest complaint is that the aliens don't feel alien at all. almost closer to different human cultures than entirely different species, when it comes to behavior.

im not sure i agree with tuning. yes, you buy simple, streamlined upgrades at first, but like everything in the game, it gets deeper with time. once you get the customizable parts you can adjust values for tons of stuff on each vehicle. maybe i didn't play forza long enough to get to that, but i don't really remember doing the kind of fine tuning that GT offers.
