1) You can turn that all off
2) the “adaptive triggers” are not the same as “haptic feedback”
Neat
Try a PS5. And if you didn’t have a PS4, then they have a great upgraded back catalogue ;)
Sony better have a multiplayer franchise ready to fill the CoD void….
We’re talking about the Xbox 360 era, you dodo bird.
Ie, the lead up to the Xbone’s drought. Brand loyalty 100% kept Xbox afloat between the Halo/Gears era and the Game Pass era.
When they promised for a decade that “the games ARE coming”, were they planning Game Pass at the time, or making promises to break (and relying on blind loyalty to tolerate it)?
But it’s F2P, that’s the trade off.
They had to launch it last-gen, no other option….
Great question, you get bit.
For money.
And because brand loyalty can help you hold onto a market share without actually having anything new to retain said share of the market.
You just don’t understand how marketing works. Sure, if 50% select $45, the devs would happily set that as the price.
But, the $45 option there is more of an extreme option on a Goldie Locks spectrum.
It’s basic survey design. If they really wanted to price skins at $45, then it would be a middle option, and they would’ve had an even higher option, like $90.
There isn’t an official VR mode, unfortunately.
The audio should pull you right in if you use headphones.
Surveys are meant to capture ALL options.
$45 was certainly on one end of a sliding scale of sorts…. But that’s it. They won’t cost $45.
Pricing is a very difficult part of any business. Finding out the highest amount everyone is willing to pay is part of the marketing process.
Surveys never ever telegraph intentions of companies that clearly.
That same logic could be used to victim-blame all sorts of people.
I don’t think Bungie overtly tries to make their games addictive the same way Vegas does. They want high engagement, yes, but there is a very real line between a game being engaging and a game being intentionally addictive.
Play Alien Isolation on Hard or Nightmare.
Start on the movie DLC so that you don’t have to play a bunch of campaign in order to find out if you’ll be scared.
This was is why I don’t buy ANY franchise annually: if they can count on your sale, they don’t have to try.
CoD has not deserved to be the top seller every year, but they have been.
Considering how well CoD sells even when nobody likes it, they might be right. The annual purchase of CoD is inevitable for alotta gamers.
Give us Darkseid and Bane 🙌
Well, your actions really, really don’t back up your words.
