it's a flamboyant strike?
yeah starting location really is the ONLY thing that matters to how a game feels, not the handling, not the graphics, not the music, only the geographical location your character starts in matters how a game feels. /s
@bryan, you are the exact target audience for these marketing campaigns. You hear teraflops and that xbox has more of it and you come to the conclusion that the xsx is more powerful. Sony has better ram and argueably a better interface and better cooling as well, so its a tradeoff. There is no definite winner in terms of power, since xsx focused more on raw power and sony on ram and cooling.
2 years or so ago i upgraded my pc and instead of buying a better cpu or gpu with m...
thats why I said (apart from a couple games), because its obvious for FF7R that they put a lot of love and care into the game.
its a great game yeah, but I don't think its a JRPG. Basically anything that has a real time action combat system, i dont classify as JRPG's, but that's argueable since the lines between jrpg and western rpg have blurred over the last 10-15 years or so.
why wouldnt it mesh well? the only thing you need to do is make the looter game first, and add in a story. Diablo has done this for 3 games now and it works well for them. The story only has to be played once imo and it doesn't need to be game of thrones in terms of complexity, to get you to the endgame and after that I don't think the story should matter at all. The main thing is that since its a looter, the loot needs to change your playstyle, or at least give you the opportunity to...
they moved away from jrpgs to cater to everyone, except they dont cater to anyone now. Square used to know their strengths and their audience and go from there, now they are satisfied with mediocrity (apart from a couple games).
this game feels like the 90's with mediocre superhero adaptations on the big screen, but this time its a game instead.
It think ive seen this headline come by so many times now, at last years games award, at e3, at sony keynote. Its pretty obvious something SIlent Hill is in the works, but these articles are just meaningless after the 10 previous articles stating the same thing for a different show/keynote.
yeah they are, but doesnt that prove even more that a service (since there is no upfront cost at all), can work?
what would make the avengers game more GAAS than any of these games? because there is an upfront cost? that makes little sense imo, then I can call any game that adds dlc/mtx a GAAS game. How I interpret gaas is when a game relies on a continuous sale of dlc/mtx/expansions or what have you to pay for and I think the best examples for those are some of the succesful f2p gam...
GAAS can definitely work, look at Path of Exile, Dota 2 and Warframe, just to give a few examples. It's just a matter of execution, make a proper game first and then add on to it with dlc/expansions or what have you, as long as it doesn't take away from the core game. It's my least favorite monetization method, but it can definitely work.
If you have an enjoyable game first, a marvel coating will only help with it, but if you launch with an unfinished game the &...
so that excuses the fact that he took the money from kickstarter and didnt made up his end of the promise? Shifted it to another platform quickly before launch to get a better deal. If it's such a niche series, why wouldnt you put it on steam so it reaches a larger audience? he thinks its worth more to take Epics money (that will prop cover the steam sales), fine with me, but then he deserves all the shit people throw at him at the game. That's selling out to the maximum in my book. ...
after they sold out, it was pretty clear this game was created from greed, not from love for the game. Trying to deceive its fans with that "emotional" trailer they showed at the Sony E3 keynote, basically begging for money because he loved his baby so much. Apparently he loved money even more.
why would Nvidia wanna get tangled up in this mess? Its billionaires vs billionaires who all want more money, and say anything under the pretense of "good will", "better for the industry" and that kind of stuff, just to make more money.
Architecture and the type of RAM matters way more than the amount of RAM. its not 2002 anymore where the amount of VRAM mattered much more.
I don't really play racing games, but do people really cary about story modes in racing games? I thought need for speed in the past did a good job of it, somewhat cheesy, minimalistic story but it did the job imo. Just so there was some context in the game.
they are delusional lol, lets hope MS can talk some sense into them. Fallout 76 has such a bad taste in everyone's mouth, they must be oblivious to act like saying fallout 76 isnt a one of, is a positive thing.
it might be sony is trying to protect its customers, maybe the faceplates help with cooling or what have you and a different material or slightly different shape might have effects on that. Im pretty sure they will allow 3rd party plates at some point, but maybe they need to be certifieid by Sony first or something alike.
Yeah the mp felt CoDified, which was a shame. It makes sense though, CoD4 was blowing every game out of the water during that time.
Warhawk was so cool. I would love if they remastered that game.
@echone1 except you forget that the games are also up for regular sale.... so there goes your essay about competition and bla bla bla
Im not sure why people are shitting on gamepass so much, its just an alternative way of paying, its basically just a rental service, just like ps+ does it. Once you stop paying you cant play them anymore.
I guess its just hard to accept for some people that MS is having a good service for a change.
