Neat.
Having a competent port of a game like this on Vita would be amazing. It would also be interesting to see how they'd use the Wii U controller if Wii U gets this game.
Dude, the Dreamcast device you're referring to had a puny two-inch, black and white screen with almost no processing power, similar to those Tamagotchi devices that were so popular in the 90's. There's really no comparison between the Dreamcast controller and the Wii U controller, not even in principle. And besides, it wasn't the Dreamcast controller that caused the Dreamcast to fail.
Vita won't flop if PS4 comes out before 2014. Also, Sony could implement the same cross-platform function between Vita and PS4.
I don't know. Microsoft was pretty quick to abandon the original Xbox the moment the 360 was released, so they may do that yet again with the 360 when its successor comes out.
There's nothing wrong with that opinion. I think all the consoles have their fair share of great games, exclusive or not. My personal preference is Nintendo and Sony.
Agreed. Nintendo definitely succeeded in bringing quality first party games to the Wii. It's largely third parties that dropped the ball by bombarding the Wii with loads of cheap shovelware. Hopefully third parties won't continue that trend on Wii U. I'm certain Nintendo will continue to deliver when Wii U roles out, but here's hoping third parties get on the ball too.
No Mr. One Bubble, I think that distinction goes to Activision who milked the Guitar Hero franchise to death and are currently milking the heck out of the Call of Duty franchise (thought for some reason, that franchise just keeps selling more). I seriously think there have been more Call of Duty games just on the PS3 and 360 than Zelda games across all Nintendo consoles (not counting portables).
They're both...just...awful. I'm kidding. I haven't played either one.
That's Capt. Picard isn't it? Very cool.
It's not a port or a remake. It's a remaster.
@Warprincess116
The only thing that's sad is your insistence on trolling Nintendo-related articles. That's probably why you only have one bubble. Nobody wants to read your nonsense.
Am I the only one who didn't like Mass Effect 2?
?
I think Pachter is right here. He's just saying Sony will gain more market share with Vita than it did with PSP, and I believe that will be the case. Though I still think 3DS will sell better in the long run.
@leahcim
3DS Mario looks great to me. Plus it's being developed by the same team responsible for the terrific Mario Galaxy games. So you don't have to feel bad for me as a 3DS owner. Oh, and this is how "awful" should be spelled.
I'm still hoping for a Resident Evil 2 remake for PS3/360. That would be amazing.
My experiences with 3DS online have been fine. What problems have you been having?
Cool. I never got a chance to play Mario's Picross back in the day, so I'm looking forward to that. The DS picross was addictive.
The difference between the Dreamcast's VMU and the Wii U controller is so drastic that there's just no comparison.
