Mass Effect. Best trilogy in gaming ever.

Personally, I prefer a great single player game to any online component any day. I don't want the quality of my experience determined by fake internet only muscle tommy toughguys and billy badasses online, cheaters, glitchers, or lag on a server. No thank you. Not to mention I don't have ten hours a day to devote to leveling up just so I can earn enough credit to get the gear I should have access to from the get go. I enjoy playing a half hour at a time, at my own pace. That beco...

I will never understand why companies use college players who are no longer in college on the cover. On top of that, they choose to use a guy who will not play quarterback on the next level, he will be a marginal wide receiver at best. The capper is that Denard had such a horrible season at the qb position last year, the team moved him from the starters role when he got injured and never put him back in the role full time, even when his injury healed up. And that's your cover athlete? ...

It was very well done. I would have liked more combat in the dlc's storyline, but the combat simulator is a very good implementation by Bioware. It is a fitting way to bid farewell to the Mass Effect series on this generation of consoles.

Why would you make that statement? The only reason to buy a PS3 game instead of a PS4 version if you own the PS4 is if the game is not available for the PS4. You're telling me you wouldn't want the best version of a game? I can tell you this, I've got my eye on Watch Dogs, which I will be buying for my PS4 even though it's coming to PS3 and 360 as well. You go ahead and buy the PS3 version if you want to. I'll probably keep my PS3 and 360 for a few years to go back to...

When a games console has to focus on everything other than games to gain "the upper hand", something somewhere has gone very wrong.

Race is only an issue to the uneducated, the weak minded, and the weak willed. People distrust or hate what they fear. Without fear, the mind is free. But in a state of constant fear, you are a slave to your own ignorance. It is a sad thing for a human being to walk through life shackled and lost in a fog of his/her own confusion. That is a sad and lonely existence, and those are the folks who usually die alone with only their bitterness as their final embrace. Good luck with that.

Here's the problem with Beyond:Two Souls...we have yet to see any meaningful gameplay. How can you possibly make any determination of what this game will or will not be without significant hands on time? Ludicrous. There is no question this is one of the games I look forward to learning more about at E3, but to suggest this game means the PS4 can wait is just wrong. Whatever this game is on the PS3, we know it could have been that much better on the PS4. You could say that for any ga...

I voted agree by mistake. The "perfect goodbye", as you say, doesn't exist because you can't please everyone 100 percent. The original ME3 gave the player plenty to do and was entertaining, whether you liked the conclusion or not. Your suggestion seems to imply that this DLC is out of place, and I disagree. I loved Lair of the Shadow Broker, and I'm sure I will enjoy this piece of DLC. And your phrasing "shouldn't be something I should have to pay for"...

The Walking Dead is vastly overrated in my opinion. I heard so much about it and how great it was, when it went on sale over the Christmas holidays I picked it up for ten bucks. It's not really a game at all, it's an exercise in storytelling where the player is being dragged along for the ride. Bioware tells a brilliant story with the Mass Effect series. If you want dialog trees, play that series for an idea of how to do it brilliantly. By comparison, the Walking Dead felt stiff ...

This article should read "The U.S. telecommunications industry needs to improve it's infrastructure and provide it's customers with faster download speeds at reasonable costs more in line with what is currently offered in many other nations". Why bother with all digital everything if it breaks our internet? Bottlenecks, service interruption, and high prices keep full digital from being anything more than a pipe dream in this country. I didn't even address the problem ...

PS4 and Watch Dogs. Watch Dogs gives me the hope that it will actually feel like a living, breathing city. And hopefully developers (for example, Bioware's brilliant Mass Effect series) will finally be able to achieve a real sense of scale in games. I'd like to feel the power and awe when fighting a 7 foot 500 lb krogan. Instead we get a krogan who is the identical height of my commander Sheperd. Tali is the same height, as is Liara, as is everyone else in the game. This has to c...

700 years into the future huh? It always gives me a chuckle when I read stuff like that. Consider what life on this planet was like in 1913, a mere 100 years ago. Life on this planet 700 years from now (barring mankind destroying life as we know it, or the cosmos or a virus doing it for us)will be unimaginable due to the constant progression of technological advancement. Maybe we wouldn't even recognize the human race if we could see a day in the life 2713. We may be more machine tha...

Polyphony is going to have to go a long way to fix the problems they encountered developing GT5 for the PS3. GT5 suffers from many limitations, and their own development chief blamed alot of that on the technical limitations of the PS3. So if they felt GT5 was limited by the hardware, how are they going to make GT6 considerably better given the amount of time they had to develop GT5, the constant delays, and they still couldn't get it right? You expect people to pay sixty dollars for s...

Color me signed, sealed and delivered. I will buy the PS4, as long as the specs Sony touted are accurate, and the launch lineup is solid. I like the direction Sony is headed, I can't say the same for Microsoft. I own a 360 and PS3, so I have no bias. I was a diehard PS2 gamer, but purchased the 360 before the PS3 this gen because the 360 had the games I had to play. I just want great games. Sony continues to deliver on that front late this console cycle from the first party perspect...

I will buy both these games, and I'm sure I'll enjoy them both. But to be honest, I'm actually looking forward to Watch Dogs more. The main reason is it's a new IP for a new console generation. That is very intriguing. I love the GTA series, but we've all been there before. It's brilliant, no doubt, and I'm sure I'll be playing GTA V for a long time to come. But it's a known quantity. I'm looking forward to experiencing something I potentially ha...
