That's right Microsoft. The ship is burning, but you must go down with the ship. Enjoy your watery grave.
You're right about that Mika, but the casuals who will buy the system are also going to be plenty pissed when they get it home and discover just how restrictive their new device is. The people working in the returns departments are going to be committing suicide due to the massive number of units coming back at them.
Microsoft should cancel the Xbox One the way EA canceled NBA Live due to the ass kicking they were taking from 2k. Microsoft is being slaughtered. Limp away, lick your wounds, and return to the fight when you're ready. It's getting ugly.
Don't worry Mikelarry, I'm sure your 360 will give up the ghost and overheat by the time the new consoles launch so you don't have to worry about that. In fact, I wouldn't be surprised if the sneaky, lying bastards at Microsoft built in an automatic compromise of the 360 hardware set to strike right before the Xbox One's release. The sad part for those sad sacks is they could not have anticipated that instead of picking up an Xbox One when the 360 fails, 360 owners will ...
I don't think their conference was great at all. I really didn't see many games that interest me, but then again I'm not a Halo or Cod multiplayer type of gamer. I prefer the Mass Effect's, Uncharted's, or God of War's of this world. Having said that, games like The Division, Destiny, and Watch_Dogs interest me much more than a game like Titanfall because they are open world and have a story and a narrative I can get into. Titanfall, the game everyone seems to talk...
I hate to break it to you guys but it is possible that Amazon will be taxing in the majority of states by the time the PS4 launches. It sucks but it's true. There is a big push for Congress to change the law to support the brick and mortar retailers and online shoppers will suffer for it.
Sony is getting alot of what we want right while those who shall not be named are busy fumbling around in the dark.
Folks, pray for Foxgod. The poor, dumb bastard knows not what he's saying. He may have a brain disorder. "It's not a tumor!" His mind has been so thoroughly poisoned by Microsoft's incessant shortcomings and broken promises he no longer knows what's right or wrong, what's good or bad. He has gone to the dark side of the force. The power brick is strong with that one.
Foxgod, it will be interesting when your camera falls and no longer functions (as I'm sure it is of the same build quality as the rest of Microsoft's junk) turning your system into a worthless piece of trash until you fork over more dollars for a device the vast majority of consumers don't see a point in owning. That will be a fun day for you.
How magnanimous of the greedy bastards.
Hahahahaha..another sheep being led to the slaughter!!! Hahahahahahaha..here sheep sheep sheep!!
You say the PS3 was ugly, but at least it had a design. The 360 is a rectangle. That does not take any ingenuity whatsoever. At least Sony put in an effort with the PS3. And their design of the PS4 is impressive, considering it's power advantage over the Xbox One while being smaller, sleeker, and sexier. Sony engineers did all this and still manage to fit the power supply, you know, INSIDE THE CONSOLE! Enjoy your next gen version power brick. New console, same ol' brick. Hope ...
The box didn't matter because we were given the most important thing at the time, the technical specs. It does no good to show a box if nobody knows what the tech inside of it will be capable of. Now that we see both systems, the boxes matter because they will be sitting in entertainment centers. The Xbox is large. And despite it's prodigious size, Microsoft engineers still couldn't figure a way to stuff the power supply inside the damn thing! That does not inspire confidence...
Slow down buddy, slow down! I'm looking forward to Watch_Dogs too but damn! I'm sure they will both be phenomenal. Watch_Dogs will be one of the first games I pop in my shiny new PS4 so it has that going for it, but I have no doubt Rockstar will deliver something revolutionary. They always do.
Dev kits dummy, dev kits. Do your homework before you open your mouth.
Poor choice. A multiplayer shooter with mechs and pilots? Really? That's your best game of E3? I'd go with The Division, Destiny, or Infamous Second Son before this title. Not to mention it was supposedly running off a pc, as were all other Xbox One games at E3. It's funny how the Titanfall folks were saying "we couldn't possibly make this game without the cloud computing" when they weren't even running off the hardware. What a bunch of bullshot. Everythi...
The Division was phenomenal. I was struck by Destiny as well. Watch Dogs was already a given from what I saw at last years E3.
Infamous is scheduled for a January release at this point. If it keeps that target date that's not bad at all. I'll be picking up my PS4 when it launches in December and I'll be plenty busy playing Watch Dogs, Battlefield 4, Killzone, and Drive Club. How many games can you play at once, after all?
As the owner of a PS3 and 360, I had experienced enough from Sony and Microsoft to have decided years ago that I would be buying a PS4 first next generation. It's Sony's exclusives that swayed that decision (and psplus), and it was made years ago. That is the opposite of what I did this gen, which was to purchase my 360 first, PS3 later. But I had no inclination that Microsoft would f up so badly, to the point I've made the decision I can't support them at all any longer. ...
That picture of Kaz is priceless. I just found my new screensaver.
