Now it's genius to contradict yourself?

Well, it's Playstation Universe. I know those guys very well. (Like yes... I do know them)
Is that true? That's the way you actually think? I'm having a hard time believing it.
Sony makes a huge mistake in their trailer in regards to Demon Soul's platforms (embarrassment) and in the small texts somewhere they unveil they're "teaming up" with Take 2 to increase game prices to $70 and you're happy because someone, somewhere got pumped about Sony's mistake... Just Wow.
And do NOT forget Pricing. Sony has given it the definitive kick to raise games to 70USD - 80Euro.
Taken from the Article:
"What happened to all Sony's guff about believing in generations? It was a load of old rubbish, it seems. Whether you believe in Microsoft's philosophy of launching its games across generations (I have concerns about the Xbox One holding games back, as I know some in the development community do), at least the company wa...
Not only it was a lie but it was a very low way of acting. Also... where is the console? We're almost October and nobody has seen it. What's the deal with backwards compatibility? Will those game be improved just like in XSX or they will just "run" on PS5. Are we getting free upgrades from TLOU2 and Ghost of Tsushima?
This is information the userbase deserve to know. You have Microsoft unveiling every single bit of information they can since December 2019....
That's the biggest Karma slap of the whole generation.
And do NOT overlook this: Sony has increased their games prices. This is basically the definite push the market needed to stablish higher game prices.
You don't need to do a Remake in order to optimize the engine for multithreading.
If this is true, then they should've never made a Remaster of this game. I know it's not easy, but why would anyone buy something that runs so poorly in modern hardware? Throwing in new tech doesn't mean anything if you can't actually take advantage of it.
I guess Xbox isn't holding back the generation now?
Sony needs to be more clear on what they sell.
Deja Vu. Makes me remember when prices raised to USD60. Was hoping for Sony not to join this in order to put some pressure to publishers like Take 2.
This will only encourage the market to increase the prices.
Pffft... So they wanna get all that attention again over such an unoptimized game? They will be better looking games that will run much better soon. F*** off Crytek.
And of course, it won't support DLSS 2.0.
These are also big news for the 100+ million PS4 user base:

Looks like those game are also doable in this generation's consoles... just like some of those on the Series X that got so much "holding up the generation" criticism.
I support this decision.
Looks like the only way to play this game properly will be by buying the RTX 3080:

@CaptainHenry916
Won't be able to produce, let alone sell that amount.
It will sell very well though.
And PC... Yes!!
Just as expected.
And God of War 2021. I'm getting a PS5 next year.
All cards have been thrown.
I wouldn't rule out a disc-less "Series X" down the road.
BTW. God of War 2021 was a big and pleasant surprise.
Guys... I gave my technical explanation in the below post... but I will add this here:
Do NOT... and I repeat... Do NOT underestimate the Series S @USD300.
Remember the Wii? Ok... it wasn't only about price but also about motion... but MS is also bringing its own share of casual targeted features (Xcloud, Game Pass... even Xbox All Access) Don't underestimate this underdog.
@SullysCigar
That's a different topic altogether but it's still something worth explaining.
This has a lot to do with upwards compatibility with the Series X. You can't have both enhanced editions + RDNA2 features from current gen games on Series S. It would be silly to expect that from a USD300 piece of hardware that also includes a beefy (and costly) CPU + SSD. If you want all that, then you need a Series X.
Side Note: Se...
@SullysCigar
Uhmm... focusing on a typo as you ran out of arguments. Typical though not expected.
I was obviously referring to the Series S. In case you have something to refute my statement, I'm here. You do need to better document yourself before though.
"Obscenely Attractive"...
It's the picture of the render of the console, in the box:
