Uhmm... I'll be surprised if Sony prices PS5 digital @399, though not impossible.
MS is betting high on All Access too. USD35 /mo for Series X + Game Pass Ultimate. It's like selling you the console at zero interest, in 24 parts. I've never seen anything remotely close.
BTW... since Pre-Orders start in September 22, it'd been irresponsible to hold back the price much further.
Having FIFA, Madden and NHL for "free" at some point in the year can be really big.

Also... EA Play joins Game Pass at no additional cost.
Power your dreams 🎮💪
I don't like this design but it doesn't really matter in the end. It's what's inside what does, and in this case, price.
Naming convention might be confusing now but it will stop being an issue when current gen gets discontinued. I mean... these articles are the just because there aren't much gaming news lately.
Anyway... I won't be picking the Series S... that's for a different audience... mostly the type of audience that does...
Unlike what (very) early reviews said... Guess it's not a GOTY contender after all. Actually, it's sitting as one of the biggest disappointments of the year.
Uhmm... Wonder if Edinburgh is real... in that case, it'd probably be $399.
@Everyone,
No. I expect them to FIX the damn game performance. Those patches are only crash fixes.
They keep the same list of "Known issues" since they released the game.
They keep releasing <2Mb Patches. Ughhh...
There's plenty of people who's upgrading from 2016's 1080.
Indeed. I'm not playing anything on my PC anymore (apart from Starcraft II) until I have this best at home.
Apart from the big titles coming this year, it will be a treat to revisit the "Next-Gen" version of The Witcher 3, which Ray Tracing and a lot of improvements + Mods.
🤩
In summary, it runs 40 - 50% faster than the USD1,200 RTX 2080ti.
Wow!
😨
Not everyone will need to build a PC from scratch. You don't even need to upgrade the Motherboard to PCI-E 4.0... honestly, if you already own a rig, upgrading could cost you around 300-500 bucks, depending on what you buying/selling.
For those who already have a gaming PC and were interested on buying a next-gen console, yes.
For the rest, it's way too much money (nearly 2k) to even think about it.
I will be honest and mature and just say 🤤🤤🤤
On Steam, only users that bought the game can review them, unlike Metacritic, which is full of trolls.
Thought we were over it already. No need to justify it anymore. It is what is it.
Now that was random... ^ ^
For Multiplatform games, the Meta is usually somehow accurate. I also like to contrast it with user reviews in Steam, but those won't come out until the end of the week.
On contrast, the game is getting very mixed reviews on other pages so far.
This is fascinating. Actually... I'm thinking of buying one of these down the road for my kids.
Also... Gears 5 is confirmed to run @120fps in multiplayer in both Series X AND Series S:
