Yeah, half of them probably are World At War, COD2 and COD3 map remakes.
Tbh, I'm still surprised that there's so many when you consider how few base maps Modern Warfare and Cold War had at launch.
I thought that awful trend of launching with barely anything and then adding a few maps for free was going to be the standard going forward.
Maybe give Returnal a go if you want a 3rd person rogue lite with some story and progress between lives.
Looking at the Digital Foundry video, the one strange omission is that they didn't upgrade the draw distance because it seems impossible for the game to fall under 60fps, even in Photo Mode. There's a lot of headroom.
The main reason to get the PS5 version then is a sharper image and the Dualsense implementation to accompany the Iki Island DLC.
Not every next gen update needs ray tracing (it can alter the intended look a game) or anything crazy bu...
Just started playing Pyre 2 days ago. I'll just warn you that it takes a while to get started but then opens up and gets MUCH better. It's one of those games. Initially the story is its main appeal until you get through the Rites and inventory tutorials, and then settle into the gameplay loop. Don't be disappointed if it doesn't click straight away - your hype will be rewarded, haha.
That's not true actually. Killzone 2's Metacritic score is the same as Crysis 1 (91) and with around 70% more reviews (it's harder to maintain a high score with more reviews).
Killzone 3's Metacritic score is the same as Crysis 3 (84) on the platform it got the highest amount of reviews on (X360). You're citing a version of the game with half the amount of reviews as Killzone 3.
Not saying that Crysis isn't fun (particularly the m...
I actually feel a bit bad for Treyarch, tbh. For most of the 2010s, they were the only studio reliably making at least decent COD games and then they got screwed over and had to quickly cobble Cold War together in just a year and a half because of poor management at Sledgehammer (Vanguard will probably also be undercooked as a result). I didn't buy Cold War, but Treyarch clearly would have produced a much better game under the typical 3 year cycle.
I'm much more int...
There were rumours which said it's set in WW2 but if it didn't end in 1945 and went on much longer, so it would have weapons you wouldn't see in a typical WW2 shooter - sort of like Wolfenstein.
We'll have to wait and see.
The great thing about the 2000s is that picking a top 15 list is actually quite difficult, and most people's lists are quite different.
It's noticeably easier to do a top 15 for the 2010s due to a slow but noticeable decline in variety, innovation and quantity of big games as publishers started to take less risks in the years after recession. People often don't include indie games which are more deserving of some spots in their lists either so they're fairly...
"There is nothing wrong about what I said, only your interpretation."
Lad, you said Hades has "no Dualsense support" and he corrected you and provided a link.
If you don't want to buy it because it's on Game Pass and you don't think the Dualsense support is good enough to justify a buy, fair enough, but you were wrong.
@laketoprung
Lad, you can't be calling other people fake. You made your account in the last 20 minutes and you're pretending to be multiple people.
Stop spamming and see a therapist.
@Laketoprung
lmao, this account was made just 9 minutes ago.
The lad pretending to be multiple people and then upvoting his own comments is the one with the "special little head". Get a life, mate.
"Is saying the N word racist?" A bit, yeah. haha.
Not surprised to see a comment like from an account made just 2 hours ago. People need to stop making alternative accounts to spam and upvotes themselves.
It's just two overlapping audio clips (zombie growls) so it's definitely accidental. The audio team would have worked hard on this stuff so they likely won't actually remove anything, and will fix it by getting more control over the audio pipeline. That's why they can't fix it straight away.
"Or just leave it in and we all have a good chuckle cause anyone taking this seriously is trying too hard" You said yourself that it's "certainly...
I already mentioned the limited PS5 stock as being the main culprit. With more PS5 stock, I think it could easily stay ahead but I'm just looking at the trajectories and predicting what will happen.
Maybe Kratos could use the Chains Of Olympus to swing around the place like in the old games.
BF1 was very competitive with Infinite Warfare's sales, to be fair.
Activision are also projecting lower sales for Vanguard than for Cold War: https://mp1st.com/news/acti...
I think Vanguard will sell more but "dominate" is a strong word. BF1 2042 is going to sell much better than BF5, and people aren'...
