Yeah, I have this too as well as a quest icon for a greenslab still showing despite me having collected this item. Both tiny issues really, overall the game has been super stable and reliable. Utterly brilliant game.

This has already been demonstrated by various publishers releasing turnover figures from different platforms for various games over the last couple of years. People simple aren't buying games on XBox to the same degree they are on other platforms.

Ahhh, I guess some folks weren't around in the 360/PS3 days when the predominantly US based media were doing everything they could to kill off PlayStation as a brand. It was just commentators on some website, the actual outlets were so partisan it was untrue.

Don't forget that GamePass is also responsible for the complete devaluation of games on Xbox to the point now that new releases on Xbox sell a fraction of what is sold on other platforms. No matter which way people try to spin that, it is not good for Xbox or the wider industry to have a majority of the userbase of XBOX basically only playing games if they come to GamePass and not supporting the wider industry by actually buying games.

In respect of what media I enjoy or don't, there is only one opinion that matters to me. It certainly isn't the opinion of anyone in the games media who generally speaking, have zero journalistic expertise or integrity.

Not to be too harsh on you Nerdmaster, but that misunderstanding is completely on you. It has always been apparent that this was a 'From Software' game through and through, FS have never suggested otherwise. You only had to look had to look at any footage shown over the last year, let alone from the network tests to know this was another 'Souls style' game.

It strikes me that people are quite short sighted because there was a time when this service was fairly good but, as MS, gained more market share the service got worse and worse until it is in the state it is today. Its a similar pattern to their moves in respect of, for example, MS office; gain a dominant position then exploit the shit out of it by changing pricing structures to squeeze every penny they can out of the customer.

I am so excited for both titles and the reality is, outside of the relatively small hard-core community, nobody pays attention to GOTY. Personally, I am just stoked to have access to both titles.

I paid £63 for the PS5 version, I dont think I have ever paid RRP (£70) and I buy loads of games on day one.

When firing on all cinders, Netflix do produce some brilliant stuff so I am not feeling pessimistic at all here. If Netflix deliver to their potential then this could be incredible given the quality of the source material. Personally, I am quite excited.

For me personally, it's not that I get worked up about it, but it's the egregious nature of some of these scores. It is simply ridiculous to suggest that the is game is a 6 out of 10 if you are being fair and objective.

There are loads of games I have bounced off, for example, Forza 5 or Disco Elysium which I just didn't like personally but I would never suggest they are 6 out of 10, they are objectively great games.

Just started Xenoblade Chronicles Remastered and
I have to say, after 4 or 5 hours struggling to take in all the systems and tutorials I am really starting to love the game. I am excited to keep playing and will defo be picking up the sequel soon.

I know they are popular, so hardly a hidden gem or anything, but nonetheless, folks shouldn't sleep on this series in the same way I did 😃
