Okay, you have convinced me, time to revisit feudal Japan 😁 I am going to look into the Platinum I think, I would like to get that wrapped up before DarkSouls Remastered is released.
I have a masochistic approach to Souls and Bloodborne, I only want to play them solo. I enjoyed the chalice dungeons in BB too, they were a nice enough diversion from the main game. I loved, loved, LOVED the DLC too.
It will be a heck of a challenge matey, it's one tough cookie......I platinum-ed Bloodborne but felt this would be a bit much, I am slowly coming round to the idea of a revisit though, what an awesome game.
Gaming perfection, utterly fantastic game - I keep thinking I might go back and try to platinum it.
Shout out to Gravity Rush Remastered, Gravity Rush 2, MLB The Show and Nino Kuni 2, these all deserve a mention too. What is crazy is that we still have so many exclusives to come this year, Sony's track record and reputation has been built on more than 20 years of delivering games, you know when buying a PlayStation that the games will always come.
For me, Bloodborne is the pinnacle of gaming, it overtook BioShock as my all time personal favourite game, it is pretty m...
I think many Ubisoft games share the same DNA a lot of the time, I feel like I could pick out a Ubisoft game in some kind of 'Pepsi challenge' if you know what I mean.
Having said that, I think the formula works most of the time. I got the Platinum trophy in Watchdogs 2, FarCry Primal, Assassins Creed Origins and the Assassins Creed 2 remaster, I am only missing a few MP trophies on the other FarCry games and I also played a lot of The Division. I had immense fun ...
While the story was lacking, particularly when stacked up against the other MGS titles, I still had huge amounts of fun with the game.
I did exactly the same, it does look incredible. I always found I run out of steam when I reach the levels where you enter hell, I really don't care for those levels at all. Overall though, a pretty stellar game.
Currently replaying Doom on my Pro and it looks utterly fantastic, I felt it looked great on my old PS4 though.
While it does look better on the XB1X, the fact is, unless you are comparing them side by side it is irrelevant, the game still looks incredible on PS4 Pro too.
The question box gamers need to ask themselves is this, over the last 5 years, did a better version of a given game existing on PS4, make them enjoy their version on XB1 any less?
Not quite sure why people seem so down on this game, I think it look decent enough and if the combat is up to snuff, the game could be really good.
People seem too quick too judge games before they have been released in my opinion.
Yet here you are, reading comment sections and defending poor games and dodgy business practices.
Luckily, I must be much more easily pleased as than you as I feel I am buying exclusives regularly that have offered incredible experiences.
Whether it was Horizon, Bloodborne, Persona 5, Yakuza O, Gravity Rush, Wipeout, Everybody's Golf, Until Dawn, Infamous, Danganrompa, Nioh, Neir Automata, Uncharted, Ratchet and Clank, Shadow of the Colossus or Nino Kuni 2, I have honestly played games over the last couple of years that have been immense.....you are clearly just in ...
Extremely well reasoned obsevations in my opinion, this was a good read.
I don't believe a word they say anymore, so they can announce whatever they want.
Give me remasters of SSX or Onimusha and I would be a very happy bunny.
The last time MS 'wowed me' at E3 Inended up buying an XB1, it then transpired that they were, for the most part, full of shit with everything except Ori proving to be mediocre, cancelled or lies.
I am still waiting for the power of my XB1 to be quadrupled by cloud implementation, still no Hololense and all the games they touted came to the PC which I already owned at the time.
My point is, you cannot trust MS no matter how exciting there show mig...
Absolutely pathetic article, how this kind of thing gets approved is beyond me.
I watched the Giantbomb crew playing it a few weeks back and like you say, the water is pretty fantastic looking.
I was excited for this re-release Mikeslemonade, but thanks for clarifying that I was in fact mistaken and that I 'don't need a paradise remaster' after all.
Thank God that there are people like you out there to tell me what I do and don't want to spend my time and money on.
Not my cup of tea as I dont like MP games so much, but the more I see of the art in this game, the more I love it. Such a nice looking game.
The truth is somewhere in between, Xbox fanatics overstate it's relevance, PlayStation fanatics discount it completely.
In my opinion, most 'average' gamers don't base their purchasing decision on something like backward compatibility, they probably don't even know it's a feature on Xbox. By the same token, more serious gamers do recognise it as a nice feature but not one that drives their purchasing decision. Xbox fans would by an Xbox regardless ...
