I believe him. At first Skyward Sword looked meh, but then it started shining the second time it was shown at E3 as a bit more stylistic.
This game looks great already. Maybe next time I will be blown away.
Oh, lol. I think I've seen you give that "CREATEive" speech like a hundred times on every Nintendo thread in N4G already, not to mention 4 or 5 PMs in my inbox for saying I think Nintendo should take more risks with their franchises.
It's written by Polygon and alas, hyperbole garbage.
If it wasn't Polygon that made this statement I would be more hopeful. Bioware are self-proclaimed "talented writers". Just becuase they put emphasis on story for their marketing doesn't mean they are actually good writers, and the last 3 games they've released showed a lack of skill on multiple fronts and I've also heard some critisisms regarding DA:I's plot and its lack of drama.
I'm not trying to crush the hype. I'm just lowering my ex...
I shudder at this, not because it's a high score but because it's Game Informer giving a Bioware game a high score again. They kiss so much butt on Bioware all the time just so they can get their exclusive scoop and exclusive Gameinformer coverage of the next Bioware game before everyone else.
They're loyal to Bioware and it affects their ability to be objective with them.
Maybe it was purposefully misleading, or simply misleading because of Destiny's MMO appeal. Naturally a lot of us thought that this was gonna be just one thing with tons of updates and expansions but in actuality the "10 year contract" just means "Bungie makes games in their Destiny franchise for 10 years under Activision"
So expect Destiny to be as tired and drawn out as Assassin's Creed by the end of this console generation :/
Buying Destiny and then burnout after two months and now they're already making the next game? I know there's DLC coming but if Destiny 2 is already out next year, then it'll feel like a consumer burnout. No thank you Activision.
PC GPUs did not outclass PS3 by such a large margin so early into that console's cycle.
Me too. I have not forgotten what a pleasantly terrifying surprise that demo was! One of the scariest game experiences I've ever had and I've beaten Amnesia and Dead Space and alike. Also one of the best looking games I've ever seen.
Without reading the article through I agree on the opening statement. The TV show has no comic relief. It has sarcasm, snarkyness and badass moments and moments of pleasant relief, but there's always a looming and dreary vibe to it. Maybe it's realistic but it doesn't make it fun to watch.
Halo 5 life smh
I hate that they use Blur. I hate CG cutscenes in games where the graphics don't match the in-engine ones. I also just hate when you can tell something is pre-rendered. Just stop doing it already ffs
Am I seriously the only one who thinks the game IS pushing both the xb1 and ps4 to their limits? I think it's 900p on ps4 because the system can't run it in 1080p at a stable 30fps.
Why do I get the idea that you expect us to be excited when you mention that? VGX is not something to be excited for x)
Barely looks better than Flotsam in The Witcher 2 for example. I hope this is only the Xbox 1 version
I don't think it might. Even if the game was 100% batmobile it would still be pretty fun (that's not what I hope btw) that's how Rocksteady built it, so that the batmobile is a fun game in and of itself.
Even if it's 50% batmobile and 50% batman I'll still be satisfied most likely, even if I definitely prefer the subdued and smart approach just as batman.
OOokaayy? I saw the leaked footage and from what I could tell it's basically Arkham City's engine for combat but with a few new additions like Fear-takedowns and otherwise the game has the batmobile and a major artistic overhaul in design. In no way did City's gameplay grow stale. It was engaging from start to finish and far from being a simple button masher. Every predator fight was a puzzle in itself. I'm sure Knight will be no different, and throwing in the Batmobile there&...
I'm forcing myself to skip this. You get kinda the same value as in a Batman Arkham game but for the same money but the attention to detail is worse... IDK, I just don't wanna pay full price for a B-type Batman game even if it's said to be really great.
Not when it isn't actually developed yet. I think this controversy arose because most people don't realize that for all games DLCs are planned out already at the time of release. At least the first couple of DLCs. Bioware does the same with Mass Effect for example but because the support was so great they eventually developed entirely new content as well, and that's another story of course.
Destiny's DLC content is only partially on-disc and some of it actuall...
So it's gonna be all out anime now? I hope not. It always had some anime cliches and anime-esque styles but in a unique zelda-like way, especially before Skyward Sword. Please don't sell out on this one Nintendo!
