Going byt he disagreeing j-blaze got just for pointing out the facts, its clearly that people who want this article to me far more than it does.

This is false. That is only with the some of the big name 3rd parties, and its not so much that they had a bad relationship with them in the past as it is that Sony and Microsoft went out of their way to prouce exclusivity of major titles where Nintendo believed in an even playing ground. This created a trend for developers to "expect" their rectums to be wiped with money.

There are over a hundred third party studios.

"Most" third party s...

What's your point? Iwata said that they will only do exlcusive deals if a dev approaches them now with one long ago.

Its clear that Platinum asked Nintendo for aid, and logically, something they fund is going to be funded for their benefit.

So, enough with this butt-hurt over Bayonetta's exclusivity. Nintendo agreed to do what no one else did and funded that game. They paid for it, so its staying with them. Accept it.

I question your reading compreshension.

I thought one of the main points of this statement by Iwata was that the exclusive game is not something they have interest in.

They said at the start of the Wii U that they will not buy exclusives but are open to deals from devs who approach them.

Nintendo already has and always has had the best, highest selling exclusives.

@DragonKnight, that is so much garbage.

They have over 70 franchises and come out with new I.P.s every year. They also have many other studios making games for them and have for over decade. People simply ignore all of their existence.

They have long since been doing that.

The level of misinformation about Nintendo is mind boggling amongst fanboys these day. They are so vocal, but rarely know anything regarding what they are talking about. ...

Always a relevent question in any poll. Also the demographics of "where" it was asked.

There are plenty of places you can make a poll that would give vastly different results. Like on this site. Any poll will always favor Sony no matter what because of how heavy the Sony bias is.

Go to gamefaqs on the other hand, and things tend to be more spread out and generally in favor of Sony hardware but Nintendo for software.

There is nothing dull and great about reality. How dull and gray became associated with "realistic" has to be one of the biggest puzzles I've encountered in gaming. My world is filled with color.

Didn't jsut sell pretty well, sold more than the PS3/360 versions while taking into accoutn the fact that a "LOT" of people did and still refuse to by the game because of the delay.

They killed that game by delaying it. They tried to be greedy and ended up doing nothing more than increasing their cost while reducing their profit.

The devs need to learn, you can't shortchange Nintendo's customers and expect to make a profit from them. <...

Now where are all of the people who flocked to that article suggesting that Ubisoft was dropping support for the Wii U?

They were so hopeful and insistent.

Though statements like the "put Nintendo's fans at ease" crap really irk me. It imposes that Nintendo fans are feeling some form of apprehension when they are not. They are not like Sony fans and Xbox fans who are extremely rabbid and zealous in their praise of their companies products, and g...

Yeah, in 5 years, like always. Until then the Wii U will be here and it will receive great games for true gamers who love great games.

Unlike Sony, Nintendo is elevated almost purely by fanboyism. People don't buy their hardware for fanatic reasons, they buy it to have fun.

Its nice to see that intelligent gamers still do exist. This gives me hope for the future of gaming.

I ran Crysis at max setting at a little over 2k on Nvidia 550 Ti. It ran smoothly.

Its really not as taxing as people think on PC.

You do know that there are many high end GPU's from Nvida and AMD that use DDR3 and work just as well right?

People have been gaming in 1080p and beyond for over a decade on RAM much smaller and slower than what the next gen consoles have in them.

Though why am I saying this here. No one cares about facts and reality on this site. All they care about is spec boasting, and ever since Sony announced that they are using all GDDR5, people have been treating i...

I'm going PC/Wii U because, anything the PS4 and Xboxone can offer, I can get better on my PC.

The Wii U is the only consle that offers something that I can't get better on my PC. That is why I consider it the only true next generation console. Its actually taking gaming to another level.

@"To be 100% honest, I don't think anyone should be working on the next Mario game anytime soon. He needs a vacation. "

Says every bitter anti-Nintendo fanboy everywhere.

They hate seeing Nintendo succeed and so the first thing they attack given any opportunity are the most successful parts of Nintendo's software.

Mario is Nintendo's mascot and making games without is like Disney making products without Mickey, Donald or...

The Wii U has been getting price cuts form teh begginig of the year. That isn't the issue and never was. The PS4 and Xboxone would be DOA if that was the case.

The Wii U simply lacks proper marketing to tell people what it is and games that people really want to buy.

4607d ago 2 agree3 disagreeView comment

Infinte thumbs down all of the "save the Wii U" rhetoric. The Wii U is fine, it just needs major games, which they will get here eventually, and better marketing.

Wii U party looks nice though.

Your basing you opinoin of the consoles capability off of low tier ports?

Or do you believe that they actually spent more money on the Wii U version than the 360 version instead of just cheaply porting the 360 version to the Wii U, which would be what is required to get it running at a higher resolution.

4607d ago 4 agree0 disagreeView comment

No it doesn't in the slightest. This just proves that they aren't putting any extra effort into the Wii U version like usual.

Their are more than enough games on the Wii U that run at either higher reoslution or with higher res textures to know the Wii U can handle higher resolutions in the same setting than the last gen console.

The Wii U version is more than like just a straight port of the 360 version like Black Ops 2 was.
