Indeed. No one ever goes into the details when talking about why something on the Wii U don't do well.
They just blame the Wii U.
lol_wut, unlike you I am not attacking the consoles.
He is accutly attacking pointing out a suppored flaw with the Wii U, but if what he is saying is true, then the PS4 and Xboxone would be in even worse shape.
My comment had a point. The point is that reasons he listed are not a "Nintendo" problem. No console launches with a library of 100's of AAA games on it.
HD development takes time. I've said this for a long time.
The Xboxone and PS4 will be in even worse shape if that is true.
Now when are they going to anounce this for the U.S.? I've been waiting for this game.
@EOI_G, exept they didn't. Its the exact same game. You apparently do not know what you talking about apparently.
You are mistaking Monster Hunter G, for Monster Hunter Tri(G was an enhanced version of MH2). This trailer isn't for a version of Tri.
Monster Hunter Tri on the Wii is the most detailed monster hunter to ever be released. The 3DS version(and the subsequent Wii U HD port of the 3DS version) have lower polygon models and less effects so they...
The one on the Wii was just a PS2 port, so it should read, as bad as a PS2 installment.
Now the really important question is, how much profit they made. I know people are going to rush to try to downlplay this with GTAV but how much was the dev cost for GTAV vs Pokemon X/Y?
The arrogant d-bag part is why I don't buy from Sony anyore.
The PS3 was my last purchases from them. Removing backwards compatibility was bad enough, but when they removed the other OS(one of the features I bought it for) that was my last purchase from them, software or otherwise, ever.
That probably because you are a console fan who can't acknowledge something being more superior than what your hardware can produce.
This game is using the most modern tech and is unquestionably the most realistic and detailed racing game to ever exist.
This game supports 4k. Its on their site.
Your statement is fanboy vision at its finest. This is the most realistic racing game to ever exist.
Its built on the most modern tech.
The PS4/Xboxone "can't" produce the visuals you are seeing on the PC version. You are seeing game using tech that is beyond the next gen consoles already.
I will never understand this logic.
Why is the first thing people attack the most successful part of Nintendo? They have the highest grocing game franchises on the planet.
Their first part games are the most appealing.
Its a fools errand. When the Wii U launched last year, it was the strongest console on the market and still will be until next month. Made no difference to devs.
We've entered the age of developer terrotiralism and bought exclusivity. Devs go to the console of the manufacturer that wipes their anus with the most money more often then not.
The PS3 was the hardest console to develop for last gen but devs still flocked to it(ignoring all of the bankrupcties...
Nintendo releases new I.P. every year. People just ignore them.
Just this year alone, they released the Wonderful 101, Dillon's Rolling Western, and Crashmo. There were few others in there as well.
There sales just exploded over the last two weeks and they are sinking?
Wii U powers activate.
There is no problem with old franchises. People are trying to make them into a problem, though, because they resent the success Nintendo has with them.
I never see anyone minimalizing the success GTA,Gran Turismo, God of War, or Halo for being old franchises. Its always just Nintendo.
This article takes what Sakurai said and spins it far out of context.
"familiar face", are we really going this route again? Trying to right off success as being because of familiarity rather than quality?
Also, the sales world wide have more than doubled. It went from 9k a week in the us and 5k in Europe to 30k in both.
The same was true of the Wii U, PS3 and Wii during their launches.
Not being able to get a console at launch is an indicator of nothing.
Assassin's Creed 4 is guaranteed to fail. They announced that they short changing people who buy it already, just like with Arkham Origins and Most Wanted U, only the Assassin's Creed IV isn't getting any kind of price cut to make up for it.
