That sounds like a talking point list from Faux News.
Most of that has been debunked by real journalists and fact checkers, and you know who STARTED the mid east on fire with the war based on lies right...
I really don't "love" Obama, I think he has done good and bad but still there are so many lies out there...What were the alternatives? The thought of McCain with his finger on "the button" seems worse.
Except that he didn't ruin the economy. The economy crashed at the end of 2008 after two terms of you know who.
That is dumb. Bush was an imbecile who destroyed Iraq based on lies, and crashed the world economy at the end of 2008 but I would buy this game if he was in it. Who cares.
I emulate all of those old systems on my Nvidia Shield now with emus from the Play store. It works great for that and I can take it with me or connect to the TV. Another that I have on there is the Turbo Grafx, and Turbo CD. Some of those are surprisingly good especially the shooters. I use MAME4droid on there for arcade stuff, some of that is still pretty fun, Galaga forever!
@hkgamer
Yes the Wii and Wii U are similar. The whole family are PowerPC CPUs with ATI GPUs. They are put together similar too.
@IonDestroy
Actually the reason the Wii U can't run GC games is kind of simple. The disk drive of the Wii U can't read the smaller GC discs! The tray style loader is gone. The software part to run GC could be done. That is basically it, and I guess Nintendo didn't want to invest in a special drive to a...
@randomass171
That is because PC architecture is BC by nature, they all use X86 and Windows with compatible libraries etc.
Nintendo can do it because they too use a similar architecture. The Wii U is a buffed up Wii which is a buffed up GameCube. They all use Power PC CPUs and ATI GPUs. Anything pre GC they just emulate in software.
With the X1 and PS4 it is different. It is not some big conspiracy by the Bilderburgs or Illuminati to rip ...
They are baiting everyone online. Publishers as well as Sony and MS have this goal to have all users always online. Why? Not only can they control your titles (patches can be removed from their servers at any time) but "while you are there" maybe you will see some content to buy. It is just a money trap.
They really really don't want users playing offline. There is no money and control in it.
It is like they really don't want to sell you a complete game and really really want you to have to go online to get the rest. Of course this patch is DRM so it can't be backed up. Uninstall the game or lose your HDD you better hope they still have this patch up, or we will be stuck with an incomplete game forever.
I think this is just another way for these devs/publishers to realize their ultimate goal that they have always had, which is always online, license to u...
Why do they need to make the weather a "patch" after release? The game isn't even out yet, why not just put it on the disc? I guess they really want to sell you an incomplete game on disc. They don't want you to really own the whole thing, just a "base". When your HDD gets full and have to delete this you lose the patches. Re downloading patches (assuming they don't eventually pull them down) for all of the games you want to replay is time consuming, annoy...
You would be able to tell the difference if you ran a game set to 900p upscaled on your 1080p monitor though, try it. It is all about *native resolution*.
Upscaling such as a 900p game image on a 1080p TV causes scaling artifacts. 900 doesn't go into 1080 evenly. When they stretch the image fractionally it gets ugly. To try to hide/smooth it they apply a filter over the image. This filter can blur details as well as smooth the scaled pixels.
It is a...
It has been said that DX12 won't do much as the API in the Bone is already low level.
They bumped the clock rate before release, after they saw that the PS4 ran things better.
What if you don't have a great internet connection or you play offline all together? Not everyone plays online only MP dudebro shooters. If you aren't always online your game won't work or will look worse? That is lame.
Because it is SO much better to have inferior graphic fidelity but be able to be a *bit* more lazy. I mean pressing a button on a controller or even *gasp* having to use a TV remote is so physically demanding! Just think when you want to play a game you can save one whole button press or two! You don't press a button but instead yell "Xbox on" to turn on the Bone but then do nothing BUT press buttons on the controller for hours while playing the game. The irony is lost on fan...
1080p on the Bone is possible by downgrading everything else, in this case the framerate. Other times AO. AA. shadow maps etc. are downgraded on the Bone to allow it to keep up. The GPU is weaker on the Bone, it just is whether you want to believe it or not.
No one said it would best a high end PC. But it isn't too much to ask to take advantage of the power that you do have. It is just a fact that the PS4 is a bit more powerful than the Bone, they should use it.
I am skipping this game too. It is very lame to hold back one version for the other and not take advantage of strengths. Obviously Bone fans don't care about graphics as much or they would have bought PS4s. That being the case they would expect a version a bit less graphics intensive, why would they freak out to Bungie?
The other reason I skip it is because it is online MP only. They wanted me to play their way. Since I would be spending the money I want to play my w...
I would wait until coming to a conclusion. The jury is still out. There is zero gameplay in this cutscene. Wait until there is real gameplay with game code, physics, AI, etc. Those things will tax the system much more. If it still looks this good then it would be truly amazing. I would bet the actual game will look good just not as good as the demo.
It is using the PS4 GPU to render the polygons and textures yes. It is just an animation script though. There is no gameplay, no AI, no physics, No game code, No controller polling, no other NPCs, and it only needs to render exactly what is in front of the camera because no one can move it in any direction. It is concentrating all power into only an animation.
This does not mean the game itself will look better. When you add in all of the gameplay mechanics mentioned above it...
@Legacy212
Play games not resolution? Well I play games and they run at different resolutions and effects how they all look. If there are two versions of the same game why would I want to play the inferior version? I would want to play the one that looks better and that would be the PS4 version (not counting PC but that is a different story). Often it is not just resolution but is lighting, shadows AO etc.
Entire is a bit of an exaggeration, but that TV TV TV and Powers section was way too long and boring. Too much emphasis on indies too. There was also too much CGI/cutscene stuff and too little gameplay (couldn't they have shown SOME actual gameplay of UC4?). There wasn't even any Bloodborne gameplay there, just a long CGI movie. I think gamers want to see gameplay not some CGI movie that could be anything.
@Eonjay
It does effect things though. The US probably is a priority for Sony because they don't want MS to get market share here with the Bone. Because the PS4 is plentiful in the US, Japan, UK that means there are more units to go around elsewhere. They can stop shipping to US, UK, Japan etc and send even more to Europe. I am surprised they are still so hard to find.
