7/10 ? That's not going to sit well with people here on n4g. I'd say the site is definitely paid off by M$ because 7/10 is way too low and it's impossible for people to have different opinions.

These two events are at different times in their respective trailers lol. Picking one event from some point in one trailer and linking it to another trailer at different times ? A bit of a stretch no ?
I have to disagree, it's not the best looking game I've seen overall. I mean, Uncharted 4 on the PS4 is way more impressive, but it is a different kind of game (not open world)
I suppose this sort of comes down to preference because there isn't really a perfect comparison with this kind of thing.

Well, that's how good it was received. It also had a huge amount of content. Just saying.
The amount of salt is unbelievable. Overwatch was a multiplatform megahit that brought something fresh to the MOBA scene.
How do you even compare it to Uncharted ? They're completely different games. You can't tell me that Overwatch's massive achievements are somehow objectively less impressive than Uncharted.
Hopefully that's the way it goes ! They deserved all the flak they got, but they're going forward in the best possible way.

This is the best possible way forward. Yes they screwed up, but this is the best thing they can do going forward. Hopefully this game turns into something great.
I just hope they stop with the overly aggressive bright colours everywhere. When space itself is bright purple... it just looks bad. The game would look 10x better if space was dark, that's for sure. Too much colour = colour has no significance.

-The volumetric fog looks really nice
- HBAO+ is always great.
- HFTS is great for ultra detailed shadows, but is quite performance heavy.
- 4k textures are always awesome to have. The existence of PS4 Pro and Scorpio are actually really good for PC versions in this regard. It means more devs will support enhanced details, textures etc.

That's not how it works. When you represent a big company, the correct approach is probably to apologize if a large number of people were offended by something.
That said, an explanation or clarification would be better than "We'll do better next time"
If it's being made for PS4 and XBONE, I'm not expecting huge technical breakthroughs. PS4 Pro and Scorpio will offer a graphics upgrade at best, and that too mostly in resolution and IQ. Also remember that this is a multiplatform, open world game. That combination makes it very difficult to get even close to what some first party games on PS4 look like.
Destroying the fiction and lore of the entire series in the last 10 minutes is definitely still the worst part about Mass Effect 3 for me.
Still, was a great game apart from that. The series was still amazing. Honestly can't wait for the next game.
