@Rime, you sound like a typical PC elitest twat. Consoles are for all players of all ages with its ease of use. There's scope for everything and everyone. PC gaming ease of use has come a long way but it's still nowhere near as accessible as a console.

And this is why when I buy the PS5, it will be the disk version. It may end up costing more upfront but the money I will save on games will quickly make that purchase worth it. Physical is always cheaper in the UK unless there's a digital sale.
I'm with you. PCars was trying to compete with GT and Forza. They're both huge and sell systems but not ever racer needs to be hyper realistic. We need more in the middle racers between arcade and Sim. Driveclub and GRiD are some of the best racers of this generation.
PS Now needs more games worth playing for the sub. It's a good service and being able to download and stream is great but there's a hell of a lot of what I consider 'filler' there. I'm a PS gamer but whenever I see my brother's Xbox Gamepass offerings, Now seems lackluster in comparison to me.
Spotify is great for users but Spotify is cancer to the music industry. A lot of labels, artists and analysts have voiced their issues with Spotify. It's pushed a lot of independent artists to push physical sales and sales though Bandcamp and some even shying away from streaming sites altogether.
No idea why this got downvoted. It's widely accepted as the worst of the three. The semi open world of the game didn't work in comparison to the tight and dark locations of the originals. That's was a massive turn off for a lot of people. Developers need to realise that we don't need forced open world's for every game.
I'm not sure what it was you played but it certainly weren't BF1. The campaign showing the different periods of the war through the eyes of different soldiers was a good way to show the harsh reality of a WW. Was it groundbreaking? No, but it was a good effort.
It also played nothing like SW and added a whole heap of things to the BF formula to simply be called a reskin.
With all these skinny, pilled up mumblers who can barely rap any any sense of English these days, I'd it rather not see the light of day as great as the first two Def Jam games were.
It will just play the PS4 or Xbox One version, the same as any other game without any of the enhancements the upgraded PS5 or XsX will bring I'm assuming.
PS3 and 360 days, gamea were £40 with sports games usually being exceptions. This generationit's now £50-£60.
I will never pay £60 for a game and to think they are willing to make people in the UK pay £70 for a game next generation is madness. This is the reason I will happily pay more for the disk version of the PS5 and have a choice in pricing from physical media than feel ripped off by the PSN prices which are always more expensive without fa...
MGSV sound track was pretty crap to go along with the average game it was. The first 4 games soundtracks were incredible and still listen to them to this day. I wish the whole series sound tracks were on Spotify.
I havent really followed Grounded much but I do love survival games but a lot of places never understand survival games. DayZ reviewed bad and was popular. Ark reviewed bad and in massive. Dead Matter is about to drop, one of the most ambitious survival games released and no doubt will review bad.
The problem is, reviewers skim though these games and give it a score. There's so many systems in these games. I've played Ark for 5 years now and still learn new things....
120fps is a waste of resources. I'd day that less that a quarter of all 4K TVs in people's households are capable of using it. Then you have the added fake advertising of 120 but it's not, it's some processing technique that works well for TV and film but causes a insane amount of input lag. As soon as you turn that process off it's back to 60fps. LG's is called TruMotion for example.
And this is why as much as I would love to see another Splinter Cell game, I do t want it to come out at the same time because Ubisoft only know how to make one game now with a different setting, era and characters in a open world full of side missions.
I know YouTubers get paid and sponsored for stuff so it can come across a bit fake but Jackfrags was surprised how In depth this game is but called out the, what sounds like lack of content.
Felix, them people would fall into the small minority. I got disagrees which I don't care about but we have to remember most of us here are more hardcore gamers, reading up on the latest news. The casual market are the biggest markets. They don't care for shit like FPS like us.
He'll you've only got to look at the set up threads on neogaf to see how bad some set ups really are lol
Not many people have TVs able to run games at 120fps. It's catering to a small pool of users. Yes it's cool that it can be done, but it seems like a massive waste of resources on console when the extra power could be used elsewhere.
Also let's not forget the amount of TVs out there that say they have a high refresh rate but I face it's just a image processing technique that give a smoother look overall but it's not 120fps and when that mode is used for ...

It's has 800 titles, hundreds of which are small indie games. It's not a bad thing but indie games is not something I would sub for personally.

So you played a great game which was on the short side? Doesn't make it any less of a good game.

PC gamers whine over everything so it wouldn't surprise me
