Even if there was a downgrade - which there is not - the images on that page are so tiny, one hardly sees the difference. It looks like the new build has slighttly more contrast and slightly better particles, but from that size one can really not tell that much.... or is there a way to get the pictures in full rez?
I think the newer build would be the images that have the word 'new' imprinted on the upper right corner.
I think they should have made the pictures a little smaller so one could better see the differences. I mean 1080p game and 338p images. I feel like I am seeing too much.
But how would that help. There are very few split screen games right now and I doubt that will change much. So logging in 4 people on one console will not magically give you the ability to boost online-trophies in front of one console.
I am also not boosting or even using guides, but to each his own. A trophy-list is a reflection of how you like to play games. Some like to platinum everything no matter the cost, some like to play the games without any form of help and some do...
Now I get you. You suppose one can have multiple systems designated as being 'primary'. That would certainly fix the home-situation but I believe you can only have one primary console. It says 'your primary console' not 'your primary consoleS'. This way the app knows where to download your purchases to and the VITA knows to which console to connect. Actually, I agree about 800-lines The Order having more pixel than 900p Ryse - obviously. I have used the 800p in mistake when answering. However, the 800p only tells us it has 800 lines and they are progressive, which is still correct. 480p which is a standard comes in widths of 640 to 854 pixels and they are still all called 480p, because the horizontal resolution is not expressed via some formula in this way of referring to resolution - just as with 240p and 360p.

Well, the Order is 800p because they use letterboxing for a more cinematic effect. I believe that this was a choice that was made well before hitting any technical barriers. I agree however that Ryse with 900p upscaled looks great and I for one am fine with games that put more weight into artwork and effects than into checking the 1080p/60 box for advertizment-purposes. Most people would never have known about Ryse being below 1080p without the internet.
Trophies became mandatory. Nothing to do with luck. Just saying.

Exactly, right now you just need to have his account on your console. The text, hoiwever, explicitly states, that only the owner of the content will be able to launch it. Maybe with the ability to aign 4 accounts in at a time, the owner-account can start it and the other account can earn trophies, but to me it sounds more like other accounts can not really do anything with the game, without the original owner being the active acount.

It's actually not the same as this gen. On the second console only the owner of the digital content will be able to launch it. Other accounts can not start those games. However, on PS4 up to 4 accounts can be logged in simultaneously. Maybe this would be a work-around.
Game-Sharing in the way it was abused seems to be over. For households with multiple PS4s this may be inconvenient.
I agree. Most likely market share is the only reason. Windows Phone however is growing fast in Europe. I hope they will provide an app in the near future.
No, it does not. The buttons are not pressure sensitive any more. Using them to accelerate in racers won't work anymore. Determining jump-height in games like little big planet will also not work by intensity of button pressing anymore.
I think there was even a video where one could see the menu for it. I am sure it is unrelated to facebook. SONY wants to buil it's own social network (certainly connected to facebook). They won't build their system relying on facebook. Only few weeks till we'll know for sure.

Killzone 2 was the best part in my opinion but 3 was good too and SF will hopefully be amazing. Certainly looks great so far.
I played it at GamesCom and it didn't really play a lot different than Most Wanted. Even elements like the speed cams are back in.
Before trying it, it was a 'may buy', after playing it it was a 'most probably buy', and now that DriveClub is delayed it is a 'will definately buy' from me.
Could someone please point out what they see as downgrades. I am willing to discuss this but I really can'T see any downgrades... at all.
