What you are saying makes no sense, because the switching is a feature of the box and not of the game. Every game has this feature. It doesn't make Tomb Raider better in 30FPS plus TV-Switching than 60FPS without because the TV-switching has nothing to do with the game. If that switching was such an awesome feature then every game should be rated better on the XOne because it can switch to TV really fast? Yeah because the speed of switching from TV to gaming is more relevant to 'gameplay' than the framerate... I agree that framerate is not the most important thing but it certainly is more important for any game than how fast I can switch from game to TV. Also: I bet my ancient remote-based technology is even faster than XOne.

I agreee. Everyone who claims that tere are no next gen launch games seems just weird to me. I haven't played that much in a long time. Rivals was great as is ACIV and after I bitched a bit about how Killzone isn't as great as the previous parts - which I still stand by - I also enjoy to hate the MP a lot. And I have hardly touched Battlefield or Trine, which isn't new but absolutely stunning in 3D.
I agree that the trophy-lvl-60-stuff is annoying and that Uncharted did a better job there, although I am annoyed that I have platinum and not even 50% anymore because of all the mp-dlc in Uncharted... My comment above was just about MY perceived mp-fun-level. MP-grinding for platinum is always terrible.
The worst offender in MP-grinding was AC:Brotherhood. The way to Level 50 is terribly long and I couldn't master the Employee of the Month-Trophy and I really tried. The ...
I usually feel the same but the TR-multiplayer actually worked for me. Even though I am probably about the only one who thinks this but for me the TR-multiplayer was better than the one of Uncharted - that one, I fell, is really unneccessary and bad, although a lot of people love it!
True. I didn't even know the PS4 also didn't do 3D-BR, so I was pretty baffled when the first Disc showed a '3D-capable player needed'-message. But I still have my PS3 to hold me over to the patch that will surely come soon.
Even though you don't game in 3D you should check the Trine-Demo and move the depth-setting to the right. After that I watched a 3D-movie that I thought had great 3D but it looked pretty flat in comparison.
My wired projector has about 95ms in 2D. It is noticeable if I concentrate on it but it's okay. I could enter 'fast processing' for about 40ms but unfortunately the image quality takes a big hit. Maybe one day I will need it for superfast games but so far 95ms seem to be okay-ish. Pro-gamers would certainly hate it.
In 3D i guess it is around 300ms (noone ever measured it). It's fine for Trine, which looks great in 3D, but Zen Pinball, which also looks great, is unpla...
It's actually 4K@30fps or 1080p-3D@120fps... still awesome but 4k@120fps would be ridiculously crazy. Check original source for correct numbers.
I am not trying to help the cause. I am trying to have it the way that is nicest for me. I am willing to pay a small premium for it right now, but not for long. The PS4 is barely out and they just put out the December Content eraly to accomodate for launch. I am sure there will be new stuff in January.
