Of course it's just one site. It may also be a site mainly attracting PlayStation-Fans but even then it shows that DriveClub isn't as important as suggested. Watch Dogs was a huge title but it was delayed for both systems. PlayStation-Fans have obviously been more interested in Killzone than in DriveClub and Killzone will be there for release and I can't wait to play it.

No one cares about Killzone. DriveClub delay kills PS4-lineup. Forza is the most anticipated game ever.

This chart says hello. It also says: All three od those claims are wrong.

Of course some console games run at 60fps but NfS is locked at 30, but as I found out just briefly after my post, the PC version is also locked at 30fps, although I assume that this will quickly be modded away. I'm just glad it looks good on PS4. Played it at GamesCom and thought it was rather nice.

Yes!

I think there is no 2TB 2,5" HDD. 5400rpm is absolutely sufficient. 500GB is the size of the inbuilt HD.

Doesn't the PC version run with 60fps and the consoles are locked at 30? Not that I personally care that much, but slightly blurrier textures with double the frame rate could be preferrable to many in a game like NfS.

Because all Third Party Games looked the same on PS360?

"All third party games for both systems will look the same."

Highly unlikely and wishful thinking, but whatever floats your boat, I guess.

My PS3-Collection spans around 80 games. Assuming that I will have just as many on PS4, the 400 bucks would make a premium of 5$ per game. I would pay that for better shadows, because often the pixel-mess is extremely distracting (often I would actually prefer no shadows over the flickering mess). It is like watching a special effects movie or tv-show with broken effects (wires showing, bad color grading etc.). It's not ruining the story but it's killing the immersion and thus having ...

If you played any Assassin's Creed before on PS360 you will have noticed the horrible pixelated messes that flickered over faces and were meant to be shadows. For this alone it is worth the upgrade. Not to mention volumetric fog and better environment physics. All those things dramatically improve the atmosphere for me. I think the new AC looks absolutely great for a cross-generation title.

@BBBirdistheWord

Unfortunately no. I am a little annoyed by the sheer focus on numbers. Artwork over tech! Artwork supported by great tech is obviously the best you can get. Most gamers will never know whether a game is 900p or 1080p unless some website makes an analysis and suddenly everyone has always known. I very much prefer 900p/30fps with awesome looks over bland 1080p/60fps and I fear a little that devs feel obligated to deliver 1080p/60fps and will reduce graphical fi...

Also it may have more games that tick the technical specs of 1080p and 60fps but how many games that do look better does it have?

Well apparently I know more than the guys who are asking me about it, because neither DiRtY nor you have been able to answer how this specific test is in any way usefull to measure whether MS has the best cloud-computing for gamers. The simple fact that no other gaming related cloud-systems have been compared renders the conclusion void. If cloud-services for gaming mean saving profiles and savegames online then more power to you. SONY has been doing this for quite a while now. Why not measur...

So it isn't necessary to measure Gaikai to know that Azure is faster? Sorry, I didn't have the level of expertise to see that.

There is a vast difference between uploading, storing and downloading files and having processing done in the cloud to use the data in game. So this file-storage benchmark is close to irrelevant to gaming. But since you know so much, maybe you could elaborate in why this is so great? Drivatar?

Which is great for all the people who tried to pre-order a PS4 but were told they'd have to wait. Win-Win!

It is the fastest cloud service tested. Somehow I can't see the numbers for Gaikai. Maybe because they were only testing storage?

It's just weird that they do, right? You wouldn't expect a company to promote a competitor like they do.

Thanks for the advice. I knew that. I am a plus-member since the service started and also played DriveClub at GamesCom. It's pretty good but I am sure that the free edition will be enough for me. It's just great that I have an awesome shooter (Killzone), a good racer (DriveClub and for free too) and a great open world action adventure (ACIV) at launch. That should hold me for a while. PSN+ user also get Resogun for free, which I am not super-excited for but for free... maybe it's ...

It solved a problem for me too. Between Killzone, DriveClub und ACIV I wasn't sure where I would have found the time for Watch_Dogs. Problem solved.

Why would you cahange an excellent voice for another excellent voice if the original is available. Also Nolan North did not always sound the same in games. He is in a ton of games where you would not even know he is in. The Last of Us says hello. Troy Baker is great but please keep Nolan North in Uncharted. Maybe have a game where both have lead roles. That could be great.
