The 65 nm chips keep the same logic design and clock speed so performance should be unaffected. This update should just lower electrical usage and lower heat. All consoles go through hardware revisions to make the successive production runs more stable. MS can't release an add on to make your chips different, but if your 360 does fail then they might replace or repair it like Sony had to do with its early ps2 production runs.

Personally I think Resistance does change it up 'abit[sic]' with the weapons. Just like Ratchet wasn't the same old platformer, I think Resistance won't be the 'smae[sic]' old FPS. But, in either case, we'll know in less than two months.

Just so people don't go flaming you on one point and ignore all the sound predictions you made, there have been only about 120 million ps2's sold. You're statement is correct if you expand it to being inclusive of psone units, because then the sales would be over 200 million.
All things considered this is a minor point because 120 million is still more than any other console has sold making the rest of your points still valid.

You should read the discussion that started in the article about the halo wars cgi presentation. Turns out both companies use cgi, as its a useful tool to give a perspective on the art design and to serve as a benchmark on how successful the game was in concept.

If thats an accurate assessment, then its a great thing that the developers are taking the time they need to make it a good game with this delay.
But it says that Bioshock is a 360 console exclusive when it releases this spring. This could be like an Oblivion type exclusivity. We could see ps3 Bioshock in summer '07 according to this wording. Maybe its like with the ps3 versions of fifa and pes and Irrational isn't as far along with the ps3 version as they are with the 360 and pc versions, causing a delayed ps3 release.
Of course my speculation could be entirely wrong. I'll be getting it in the spring for my pc anywa...
The problem with their rating system is that the z-rating is now like an ao ESRB rating, and its illegal to sell to minors. If Dead Rising was rated ao in other territories, major retailers wouldn't stock it. Japan really needs to fix its censorship laws.
