Monster Hunter for the PSP was released about 4 or 5 weeks ago and Japan went nuts.
I think they need to change the name. I didn't see a Clear Sky anywhere.
Impressive none the less.
Sorry BazJ. My sarcasm alarm probably just went off about 10 minutes before yours :)
Well that just burst my bubble. I've gotten so good at GT Prologue that I was thinking of taking my skills to the real track. Curse you video games!!!
@iam
You are correct, I haven't gotten back to it for at least a month. Might be time to pick it up again. Glad to hear it is working better.
>and instead of proving that the xbox 360 is million of year more advance than the xbox 360...
I'd have to say those 2 machines are right on par with each other.
Yeah, I also don't see Agency as a family game. Motorstorm 2 looks more hardcore, but my 6 year old loves Burnout Paradise so you could be on to something.
Afrika has potential to be a fun family exploration game. LBP definitely. The Lego games are big time in my household.
Still though for family games 9 times out of 10 we turn to the Wii. Just the PS3 controller alone intimidates my kids.
>The network coding for this game is,quite frankly, the worst of this gen and any other gen in the history of video games.
I gotta say SSBB gives it a run for its money though.
Turning Point: Fall of Liberty might have made it had there been 8.
Here's some more bad news. DDI the company that had 2 titles on the list Anubis II and Ninjabread Man don't appear to be slowing down.... and you wonder why the Wii has so much shovelware. Nintendo needs to keep their thumb on this type of stuff.
Stewart Green, the managing director at DDI, said, “Our GODS development system has enabled us to design and publish 62 Wii Skus in under a year, which probably makes us the biggest and most reliable Wii developer in the world,
Yup, I've been waiting for this one and hoping it works out well on the console.
Now I'm confused with your Wisconsin emblem and UF tag.
I know when I was a teen friends and my social life were priority one. Plus at school everyone is talking about Halo and GeoW and all the online fun they are having. PS3 came along later and didn't really have a big online game to garner buzz like the 360 has. Mix all that in and it's easy to see why teens like the 360.
Now that I'm old and married with kids, I don't have a burning desire to be online playing all the time. I like the 360 for other games like Bioshock or ME,...

To give free speech to peolpe who can remain anonymous is a disaster. No matter what platform or medium.
Very well said - Bubble for you
Yup, RTS is one genre I prefer to get on the PC rather than a console... most other genres I'll take the console version so I can sit on my couch :)
Are we getting Resistance news stories one sentence at a time from Ted Price? Can't we consolidate them into 1 big story?
thanks LJW!
MR - You make some good points, but there's a flaw in that logic
>>Having said that, do we really expect other developers and publishers to push more money into the R&D for the PS3 in order to give us a game of the same quality they could do cheaper on the 360?
The answer is yes, of course because they don't have to recreate an entire game, they only need to have it work on 2 platforms. So the expense to make or port a game to the PS3 and have a multi...
Insomniac truly never sleeps. I mean come on, they are officially on their 4th release of PS3 software after Booty and R2 come out. I realize they have an engine in place, so not starting from the ground up, but they put so many other companies to shame.
Does anyone else think Insomniac might be a little anal retentive?
Quest for Booty

R&C: Crack Squad
R&C: Junk in the Trunk
Killzone 2 delay is also good for Ted's xmas sales bonus and planned December vacation ;)
There wasn't much meat on that bone. Come on, slip us something juicy next interview.
