I'll be swinging my arms to fight and throw grenades with the split apart controller and running on my balance board to move around... I might as well go to the gym.
I can't believe you said that out loud (bubbles for your bravery) :)... Just kidding... I find it fun too.
Bioware has earned the reputation and respect that can sell a game alone based on who made it.
In game music selection is their dream?
I'd just like to see new good games coming to it.
Yeah, that's what all the women on my block are playing :O
How about Sims, Nintendogs, Cooking Mama, Wii Fit, Ace Attorney, Guitar Hero/Rock Band, Brain Training, Wii Sports, LBP, Uno.
Look how many Wii and DS titles fit in that list and you wonder why Nintendo is cleaning up.
Yikes, Atari might be in more trouble if this is a typical score, although 3 sounds super low. I don't imagine scores will come in that low.
"accompanied by a mechanical kvinnestemme that repeats "Kalkunalarm! Kalkunalarm!" oppe i hodet mitt. up in my head."
Funny, I was thinking the exact same thing.
If a successful series doesn't make it to at least 4 then you haven't wrung every last dollar out of it.
I got the impression they wanted to move into the world of film making utilizing their game making skills. Didn't they mention they could make a movie like Beowulf at a fraction of the cost? The cut scenes in HS were better then the gameplay... really impressive.
Some of us still like and want single player experiences. I don't make my buying decisions based solely on whether a game has multiplayer or an online component.
If these games are getting canned because Sony thinks multiplayer is the future and these games won't sell, I think they need to reevaluate.
Why does every game need to shoehorn in online multiplayer? Uncharted is a single player adventure game and so is HS.
I (the hardcore gamer) have a PSP, my 2 kids and wife each have a DS (the non hardcore gamers). That's the difference, the DS appeals more to casuals and kids and the PSP appeals more to the hardcore crowd. That's 3-1 which is why the DS has more sales.
Same difference between the Wii and PS360
>You don't HAVE to buy the MS adapter. You can buy any Wi-Fi adapter that is compatible with the 360. So please quit using the tired argument. Plus, you're spreading disinformation.
The key word here is "buy". No other current gen system or handheld makes you buy anything to have Wi-Fi. It comes standard: Wii, PS3, PSP, DS but not 360
Are those granny panties in picture 1?
Pretty honest, straight forward. Alot better than some of the MS interviewees that lay it on pretty thick.
I don't agree this game sells only to those into the MGS saga or interested in that genre. This game will sell for the curiosity factor too. Alot of people who haven't gotten into next gen gaming will want to try this out even if they haven't played MGS games in the past to experience next gen gaming at its finest. There's alot of wow factor and the word of mouth alone will push alot friends and family to get on board.
Looks like fun. I hope this game doesn't suffer from being overhyped.
Yup, it is ridiculous that even the cheapie DS has built in wifi and MS makes you spend so much to add it on.
>kingme71, Bethesda announced that they'll show a playable version of Fallout 3 during E3 :)
Ahh, your one step ahead of me (or maybe 2).
Lol... bubble for pimples.
Companies need specialists, not a jack of all trades type people: top notch artists, developers, designers, audio, etc.
Alot of times these degree programs (and it's not just in the video game industry) teach you at a survey level, so you have a high level knowledge of a variety of fields, but not enough depth in any one.
You usually have to be self motivated to go the extra mile and drill down on a subject that interests you and get the necessary skillset.
