Let's all add Y sounds to our first name and dot our last name.

Georgie B. - This Iraq invasion will be bigger, better and more bad a$$ then what my father did 13 years ago.

Honestly, how many rock star designers come out of US based dev studios? Guys like Sid Meier, Will Wright are famous but they earned their respect over years of great games. Cliffy B. makes one game and he's all of a sudden the face and mouthpiece of Epic.

Lol. That was witty.

I think he requested people call him Clifford from now on.

Feels like the 6th grade.
Do you like me (check one)?

o Who the heck are you?

I'm going for the Newton. Mass market appeal was the tip off.

I think Silogon just needs a hug and maybe a bubble or two. He may be able to spot the one pimple on Angelina Jolie, but he is entertaining.

Ok, so I did a little snooping on their site and the html source

Lo and behold, where they list the logos on the Squeeballs main page, look what logo has been commented out:

<!--<div id="logo"><a href=" http://www.playstation.com/... target="_blank">

I'm going to guess after E3 that logo will be uncommented.

the GameInformer article was chock full of info. Worth picking up.

You might be rushing off to a burning building and some old lady needs your help so you have to decide and that determines some type of karma system. You can also choose to be an a-hole and just electrify the old lady and people will start to fear you. Sounds like it has some replayability being the superhero or supermenace.

All I have to say is if I ever changed my last name, I would pick Cassamassina. It just rolls off the tongue (does that mean messy house in Italian?)

"besides that their point system is pointless."

Nice, bubble worthy double meaning.

Interesting. So, that is why they delayed Prototype then? I wondered why because they had alot of footage out there and even showed it off on XPlay like it was right around the corner, then boom a huge delay.

What are they planning on doing to improve it? Are they trying to make it more varied or add more elements? I'm all for delays if it works out in the end. I just hope it isn't a bunch of people trying to hold up a wet, mud wall and asking for more time so they can get...

I have to think you are confusing it with the Agency?

Thanks man!

Yeah, that's true, game world is fraught with delays.

I'll pick up all 3 if they come out worthwhile.

From the looks of the last half of '08 and into '09, I'm going to have to convince the wife we don't need a new couch so I can spend more on games. Of course when she finds out where the couch money went, I'll probably be sitting on the floor... of the doghouse.

What's troubling for Prototype (or I guess we have to call it PROTOTYPE now) is that it got about a 9 month delay when it was set to release this year. That might be a bad sign. They might have had to go back to the drawing board on it or it could just be taking longer to complete then expected... who knows.

Another 3rd title that looks to be similar is Bionic Commando. Obviously, the arm is a totally different mechansim but looks like an open world sand box game played out ...

Neat trailer for the game:

Phil Harrison is quietly sitting at his desk, eyes closed, palms on his forehead, fingers rubbing his shiny bald head and tears rolling down his cheeks.

It's the same feeling you get when you go all out in Vegas and the dealer turns 21.

Doesn't it work the other way around? You convince me to buy it, I don't have to convince you to build it.

Creed 2 could be a good game. They actually did alot of things right. If they just take to heart the things they screwed up on and fix them, it would be good.

I'd be curious to hear Phil's opinion now that the game is out. Hear what they might do before the PS3 release if anything more then just getting it running on the hardware.

Yeah, exactly. He wasn't saying Sega is inferior, in fact it comes off as a compliment if their design drifts toward Sega.

Lol. I was just thinking the same thing. Pass out the controllers as you go in and everyone gets a little screen time between cut scenes. Bubbles for you.

Bring on the SRPG's. One of my favorite genres.
