I like playing with Mii's and creating some for the Mii contests they have. It's neat to try and create a famous face or try to nab your own identity. Plus having kids, they love to create silly looking Mii's so I don't mind the 360 version.
I really enjoyed it. There's alot of combinations you can do that are pretty sweet.
I want my avatar to have a R&C shirt that says "I got some booty"
How can you have head tracking if your TV doesn't move with your head? If I'm going to look sideways I'll be looking at the wall.
If Nintendo wants to play the graphics game with Sony and MS they have to up their cost and low price is a big reason they are winning this gen.
I've played Gamecube games on the Wii. What is the argument, for more support of them or what?
How many people instinctively grabbed their jewels and cringed?
Lol... imaginative.
Lol. That's good. You should copyright that name before EA does.
50-50 because Doug Lombardi wants it to go and Gabe Newell doesn't.
Gabe strikes me as a pretty intelligent guy, but one that is stubborn and set in his ways. He came to the conclusion he doesn't like the PS3 and won't support it, so either someone else ports it or it doesn't get ported.
The good part of this is it isn't necessary to succeed in the game, the bad part is if it sells it only gives publishers more confidence to use it.
Too many companies are toying with these micro transactions now. It's easier to convince someone to spend $2 5 times then it is to spend $10 once.
I'm waiting for the days when games are crippled without buying the extra content. Then we have a real problem.
The dude abides.
First game to feature a giant fly swatter as a weapon.
They sure made those fixes in a hurry. Wonder why no one spoke up in QA to tell them all these issues?
I hope they fix the existing versions. Seems only fair to address those who have already paid.
Oh this game was bad. I rented it for my kids to play and we spent one night tooling around with it. I think maybe one or two mini games were any fun and those ran out of steam pretty quickly.
Look, I get that the controls are a little hard to use. I get that sometimes you pop through the screen. I get that the character models could use some work. Ok, I get it, I get it.
An 8/10... Really? Really!? Seriously!?!?
My advice, play the demo. If you like it get the game. I'm having a blast on coop.
:)
How about LBP controls, let the users create their own stories... Ok, Now I'm getting a little carried away :)
Yes, Silent Hill type game would be cool.
Right, it's like man of the year or person of the hour or game of the week. I think much ado about nothing might be made of that wording.
Quantic Dreams made it clear this was published by Sony and Sony is giving them alot of time and leeway to show off the PS3, so there is no doubt this is exclusive.
It's intriguing how he describes the engine. You can plug in stories. It would be great if the engine was in place and you could have maybe a story a year or possibly sell the engine for others to add their stories.
Lol. I keep them well hidden :)
HD - I can't keep track of you with all these Avatar changes... you're like a chameleon :)
Read the link FF has in 1.2. It does a much better job of conveying how the game will work.
I was a little turned off by the QTE events, but seeing how they pop up in context, ie she will look at a lamp and you get a button press if you want to use that as a weapon makes alot more sense to me then just some random follow the prompts QTE's that some games are stuck with. I'm hoping they take it one step further. For instance, if you look down on the floor and see something, t...
Wasn't there talk of a console version? Has anyone heard anymore about that?
