The best Sony can hope is that the few Exclusives get enough attention for being visibly great looking in hopes that it hides the fact all other games will simply look better on the XB1X in comparison.
@AspiringProGenji - "...at least it's better than nothing." in terms of PUBG, nothing is what PS4 Pro players get seeing they don't have PUBG. Your point? Don't be upset that XB1X users are enjoying their system advantages over what PS4 Pro sees with its limited upgrade.
Everyone talking on exclusives when the real emphasis is where XB1X is allowing their users to play the multiple AAA multiplatform titles with a much better experience.

Really? Well, though that could be possible in the cases of some really ignorant people I don't imagine that to be accurate at all for the majority. Comprehension of consequences is learned easily even by animals... to imagine a child of 10 can't fathom the idea is ignorant at best.
"Based on the stage of their brain development, adolescents are more likely to:

Really? So then in turn just because I could make my way into your house some way then it is your fault for not having armed guards and sharks with lasers on them to prevent me from doing so? :P
I had to check my zoom on chrome real quick to see that I didn't have it set really low. What is up with that odd small typeset?
They came out and directly answered the question on the matter. They said gamers really don't want it or play BC games so they aren't going to invest in something that is not widely wanted.
Sony already said everything that needs to be said about it from their view. They simply say gamers don't really want it.
Unfortunately, zombie stuff just sticks around forever even after you think it has died once already. ;)
Far Cry 5 is going to be the big hitter in February overshadowing a game I am looking forward to Kingdom Come: Deliverance. Hopefully that 2 week release period will give it a chance to sell
Doesn't change the point that PSVR along with Vita and PS3 games offered with PS+ are not available to PS4 players unless they purchase said item to play them on.
No you don't. All the titles are available via purchase and download.

What about Mass Effect 1? How does it play on XB1 for that matter? I would be curious to see if playing it on the newer system helped resolve the issue of pop-in textures that we saw on XB360.
And to break it down better for everyone. PS+ for PS4 vs GWG for XB1... PS+ did not offer even close to PS4 gamers what GWG did to XB1 gamers.
The only way PS+ even comes close to GWG is by including the games that can't be played on just PS4. If PS4 ever got BC with PS3 then PS+ would dominate for sure. Until then you have to own PS3, Vita, and PSVR now to get the full bang for your buck from PS+.
VR is to Sony what Kinect was to Microsoft. You can imagine that VR has some kind of future proof plan to make it more appealing to the average gamer but I really don't see it. They have shown absolutely nothing that projects VR to be anything more than a fad that is trying to be relevant long after it has proven not to be.
How does that have anything to do with the article? Hyundai will surely sell more cars than Ferrari... but that doesn't mean a Hyundai in comparison is even close to said Ferrari.
@fr0sty - then you are saying that neither Sony nor Microsoft did well?
@platinum2 - the 90% is actually a purchase point. Where 90% of games bought are non-exclusive and that is across both consoles.
Only a very few exclusives have any real purchases behind them worth even talking about. Big budget multi-platform games simply dominate. And outside of that, you have a few big budget exclusives games that also reach respectable numbers. Other than that you might have a few small budget exclusives that draw a bit of purchase power but vast major...
@Cmv38 - that and maybe the fact that PUBG is not playable on PS4?
@Seafort - I have to assume their deal goes beyond merely publishing seeing that MS had so much more input than simply any other publisher. They actually supported the development side of the house too.
Well, it doubled the amount of Virtual Boys sold... must be performing well. /s
