Been hyped for this game for the past 3 years. I easily devoted 500+ hours into PSO on GC, and at least 000+ on Blue Burst. The issue you have to play a WiiU to understand it, I've yet to hear a bad review when ppl actually get to play it. 8 months and I've yet to see a WiiU demo console in my local Gamestop or Target, no one wants to spend money on something the know little about or can't demo first.
And of course the games, ask anyone who owns a WiiU and they will tell you there has been no reason to buy one over the last 6-7 months.

If you like MTG with a boardgame twist it's a game you want to look out for. It's fairly innovative from at least what I know of CCG. Can find several people on Twitch who stream it
The kind of games you can get on Vita you can get on PS3 as well. Not to say there aren't creative gems on the Vita, but most people would rather play Uncharted, Killzone, or Call of Duty on a home console with a big TV. Doesn't help it has to compete with both the 3DS and tablets/smartphones. It's a good handheld, just no outstanding reason to buy one atm.
The whole "PS Vita Concept" never had it easy from the start. It's competing with the likes of tablets in nearly every way, it's just another handheld device trying to follow you everywhere you go with similar functionalities. Speed runners play the game hundreds, if not thousands of times, strats are always changing and it includes tons of repetition and even failure
I watch a streamer do 1:50:00 speed runs (different game), can hardly imagine an 8 hour, especially with so much RNG and luck involved

The biggest concern would be if there's enough room for Persona, Fire Emblem, and Shin Megami on one handheld device. Atlus has been such a great partner for Nintendo they won't just let them go without some sort of fight. If Atlus can stay profitable under Nintendo then all the better to acquire them
Also I don't think Nintendo will "destroy Persona" if they get it. THe series would still be in good hands

If it wasn't for Persona I would say 110% Nintendo. You feel like tearing the family apart by dedicating Atlus to just one Publisher. Both sides have a lot to gain from acquiring Atlus. Nintendo has always had good relations with Atlus, specially recently (with SMTvFE and whatnot)

The idea behind clearance is you have unsold units you need to sell, even if you lose money for each sale. Either two reasons, you have a new model or you just need to sell underperforming products. I'm not sure if a newer model has been announced yet, so these stores probably need to get rid of them to save money
