$500 million didn't go into Destiny's development, it's incredible how many people still think that.
The 500 mil figure was mentioned for the "10 year plan" they have with Destiny. That was what was initially budgeted for that span of time. It may change in the coming years, but the game we received only used a fraction of that.

The X1 version experience frame drops in certain areas just as the PS4 one does.
It also does't ever hit 1080p, other than in some cutscenes.
Played for a few hours last night and performance on PS4 was solid. Even went back into the Bogs area that gave problems before.

One time I racked up something like 110 kills and 8 deaths. I was camping like a motherf***er but it was bananas.
