There won't be another Bioshock...and if there is, it won't be from the team that made the original ones as Irrational Games no longer exists.
Ken Levine (the mastermind behind the series) left triple A gaming after the concessions he had to make in order to release Infinite. If you're curious, check out this video to see some of his original vision: https://www.youtube.com/wat...

Well, PC and Xbox just got the Season 2 patch for Overwatch. That hurts more than a slight downtime.
If this is a maintenance, let's hope we get that tonight. Or at least before the weekend!
My Raptors played PG in the 1st round this year...he really is a superstar player, he's just not a household name. He's also a lock down defender, maybe only Kawhi beats him as a two way player.
Drake moans all the time while he's climbing.
This is an...odd request.
The pacing and movement speed in the stress test MP beta was damn near perfect. I trust ND know what they're doing here.
I'm sure it was...by someone with the same writing ability as the "author".
"I actually didn’t play as many missions in multiplayer than I did in single player, but I played enough to know that as expected multiplayer is going to be more fun than playing the game alone. The servers seem to be working fine too as I was never kicked from a game and I connected to other games quite quickly too."
Looks like it was written by an 8th grader ...
The most successful new IP launch of all time?
Now why the hell would that want to be like that? :P
I hope The Division lives up to the hype...but the majority of Destiny's appeal and the reason it had such lasting power is because of Bungie's ridiculously satisfying FPS mechanics.
The Division will never be able to scratch that FPS itch for players who love first person shooter game play. This is where all comparisons to Destiny or claims as a "Destiny Killer" fall apart for me.
It also doesn't have any traditional PVP set up, which c...
Or Destiny. That game just keeps going.
I guess the gunplay in that game qualifies as spectacular though.
Pure FPS mechanics/core gameplay wise it's the best console FPS this gen.
The game needs a lot of work in other areas though and Bungie needs to rework it's netcode along with giving us custom lobbies for PVP.
I mean...it's been out for 16 months. The fact that it still has the player base it does is kind of crazy.
Fairly certain they're working on the real sequel now. I'm fine with just playing Trials until that comes out.
Huh?
Save for a few outages that aren't really Sony's fault (or MS when it happened to them) PSN has been pretty damn solid on PS4.
Pretty minor thing if it's resolved in a few hours on a day where many are back to work/school.
It's definitely The Order since I have the platinum in it and typically have 0 interest in taking the time to platinum games.
I'm fairly certain I got it after my 2nd playthrough, but wasn't even trying to collect everything...it's just kind of hard not to in that game.
2 days after my birthday...take all the time you need Naughty Dog :P
I love how every Pachter article comes with a picture of him looking like a total knob.
Console exclusives don't push 5+ million copies that early in the console lifespan.
TLoU managed to break 6 million...with an install base of 80 million PS3 users.
It's sort of a weird game to talk about...
I never found the gameplay itself to be "lacking". The player movement was surprisingly smooth and a bit quicker than I had expected based on previews. Even the tiny bits of climbing and traversal were pretty good.
I thought the cover system could use some fine tuning...but the third person combat itself felt extremely responsive. Usually with a 30 FPS game you expect some wonkiness with the shooting, b...
I'd venture a guess that he loves those, to excess.
I would likely hate parkour too if I was obese.
"Rise of the Tomb Raider Sales Surpass Half a Million"
"...Tomb Raider Sales Surpass Half a..."
"...Sales Surpass..."
"...ass..."
Wait what were we talking about?
Titanfall 2 had an extremely well crafted campaign...including one of the most creative, immersive, original levels I've ever played in an FPS title (don't want to say more, but those who have played it know what I'm talking about).
I just wish it could have been a few hours longer. Not that I wasn't satisfied...you just can't help but want more.
