Yes I believe the 'talented' devs at Heavy Iron studios, who created such classics such as the Spongebob Squarepants & the Scooby Doo games, stated that the Vita is a 'car wreck'.
However EA, Epic & iD CEO's have each said that the Vita is the best handheld console to ever hit the market.

I agree with you, I personally didn't like Team Fortress 2 (At least the rest of the Orange Box was up to Valves high standards)or L.A Noire (I traded it in after Disk 2, because I found it so monotonous & repeditive).
However while I do think both Portal 2 & Demon Souls are slightly overrated, they are still excellent games.
There will be a community patch released around 5 minutes after the game releases, which will get rid of this ridiculous region locking.

So you consider me 'ignorant' because I found FIFA 10, FIFA WC & FIFA 11 to be very similar after I shelled out £50 for them and played the 3 of them extensively. Minor gameplay changes and an updated roster isn't enough to warrant a purchase of the new game day one.
The next FIFA I'll be purchasing is FIFA 13, because hopefully by then EA will have made a significant enough change in the gameplay to actually warrant an upgrade. Maybe if you're...
If you want to get the extended FIFA 12 demo right now, all you have to do is pop FIFA 11 into your console.

I would have bought it on the speculated October 28th release date. But I guess Sony knows best & it will give the Vita's devs time to polish it's launch games.
@Dragonslayer: COD games have RPG-like upgrade systems in MP, is that a 'hybrid' FPS then? In Resident Evil 5 weapon upgrades are important for player progression, does that make it a RPG 'hybrid' then, instead of a 3rd Person Shooter?
If a game is played in the first person view & if the player is capable of firing weapons, then it's a f*cking F.P.S - First Person Shooter, simple as.
Yeah FPS's like Bioshock, Half Life, Deus Ex, Fallout 3, Battlefield ect. all suck.

This is one game that 3D would actually really add to the gameplay experience!
Batman Begins wasn't that bad a game. It's graphics were quite impressive for the PS2, it had a decent stealth mechanic, the Burnout-esque driving sequences in the Batmobile were top-notch & it had the real likeness & voice actors from the film....all-in-all I thought it was a decent attempt at a modern Batman game.
Arkham Asylum & City still blow it out of the water though!
I think it would sensible for THQ & Sega to delay both Saints Row 3 & Sonic till after the Xmas period.
Otherwise two games that have a lot of potential will get lost among this October & November's backlog of madness!

Rage has been in development for 7 years.
When iD first started work on Rage, Bethseda's Oblivion was still 2 years away from release. And Fallout was 4 years away!
If anything Fallout 3 is Rage's little brother!
Uncharted 2 isn't flawless (like any other game in history) but 80%....
In this reviewer's opinion, that puts UC2 on par with games such as Dragon Age 2 & Tetris which hold meta scores around the 80 mark.

Not only did we pay a crazy amount for the privilage of playing some of the worst launch titles ever for a console, but now you have seemingly abandoned the 3D features that you promised would add to the gaming experience.
& now new adopters get treated to a new device & a lower price tag.
