In 2007&08 they couldnt do anything wrong, now its the total opposite. Sony always had and still do have AAA games in the pipeline, with a pretty much endless supply of quality software for the foreseeable future, and they have Move which has won over all its critics.
M$ have price hikes, the lame duck that is kinnect and nothing to look forward too after Reach.
People should just follow all the sensible gamers and go back to the playstation brand
August was a tough month 4 him. He lost mass effect 2 and now he just found out microsoft are gonna dip their greedy lil green fingers into his wallet once again for a bit extra every month. Oh btw im eagerly anticipating the left 4 dead ps3 versions announcement from valve. I have both of them on my jtag sh1tbox, but i just wanna see some more butthurt 360 fans regreting not buying a ps3, because now their ol box aint worth nothing now
Max payne one sold really well upon its pc release, but didnt rockstar not buy the franchise and create MP2??? Remedy had nothing to do with the development of the awesome sequel. Alan wake is a great game but MS pumped alot of time and money into it, and i doubt they've recouped anything from their investment.
Seeing how MS are money hungry parasites, ill say theyll dismiss the games potential and cut their losses
Ill stick to buying 2nd hand games, and downloading 7 gig xbox games (stealing money away from Ms is alot more satisfing)

What about the likes of Heavy Rain,Alan Wake,Littlebigplanet,Demon Souls,Mass Effect(all big name titles) and more that are all totally different and inventive ,as well as independent titles such as Flower and Limbo.
If you think FPS's are over done this generation, what about jrpgs being over done in the previous 2 gens? How many shovelware JRPG titles in the last gen did it take to find a gem? Just like for every Killzone or halo this gen, u have Liberation or Wolfenste...

It had an involving storyline with 12 different playable characters, it had great graphics for the time, and it's presentation and soundtrack were top-notch.
It was a really well put-together and atmospheric game, that fully deserves a HD remake and/or sequel.
Eternal Darkness HD on the PS3 and Xbox, please.

On every console whether it be xbox,playstation or Wii, the majority of the top 10 games on the console, are exclusives.
Most Wii's purchased will never play any other games than the shovelware that it was shipped with it. Xbox and PS3 games give a sizeable percentage of their game sales to MS & Sony. Also MS benefit from Xbox Live while Sony benefits from Blu-ray sales. Nintendo's humongous profitability is the most exaggerated myth of this generation

But out of all the exclusive developers that have worked on the PS3,
I have found Insomniac to have created the most average games out of the lot.
In my opinion Naughty Dog,Guerrilla,MM & Sucker Punch have created better
exclusive games on the PS3 platform.
I think Insomniac peaked with their ratchet and clanks on the ps2.
And they haven't come up with an original idea since, apart from the generically average FPS Resistance.....
Know i see your problem.. your using a ps2, remember you have to actually buy a Ps3 and a Dualshock 3,
before you can play the superior Sigma version......

I remember around 6 months ago i couldn't get a proper email address for Sony Cambridge studies, so I appllied for their vacant PS3 developer posistion.
I wrote pretty much a love letter about Medievil instead of a job application and it was all about how they should make the 3rd game.
I reappllied like 3 times just to piss em off and it seems like they're finally making it (probably just to shut me up).
if anything gta 4 stole alot of elements from the original mafia game.
Mafia's driving and onfoot segments were far more detailed and realistic than their equivalents in gta 3, VC and San Andreas.
If anything GTA 4 owes alot to Mafia
