Defending something is one thing, defending something while putting down the competitions products (which is what you usually do) is entirely different. Glad you're trying to work on it though.

When people come over it's nice to have something where multiple people can play the same game on 1 console. On pc you would have to have a lan party, and thats just not practical, and most games don't support lan parties

Casuals have definitely moved on from consoles. This is apparent with the Kinect, Move and Wii sales as well. Casuals are now into tablet gaming.
With the recent bad media attention console gaming is starting to get again here in the US, that's not helping either.
