Not only jrpg fans, I don't consider myself a jrpg fan and I'm loving Ni No Kuni right now (maybe that does make me a jrpg fan lol?). The only thing I would criticize the game on is the inconsistency of the voiceovers. The voice actors were so brilliant I don't know why they didn't do the whole game.

Devs that aren't lazy will strive for and achieve 60 fps for most games, but some just don't bother.

There used to be a time when we culled the mentally ill from the herd, now we just turn our heads and hope not to offend anyone by saying Timmy( or Adam) is not like the other kids, he needs help. @ Mr. High and Mighty Decrapt, how much does it cost to build a PC that can do local mp like consoles do? Oh wait, a PC can't do that...so much power and you can't even play a local mp game with a buddy or relative...sad isn't it? Even the oldest of consoles outperform the latest and greatest PC on that front.

Problem is, Nintendo is so slow to make games that if there is no proper 2nd/3rd party support than there's really not much to play. This isn't only with the Wiiu, we saw this the last couple years of the Wiis life cycle. Nintendo is too slow to produce games and 90% of the time the games they do produce are remakes, rarely new ips. Remakes are fine, but come on make something fresh too.

All I want is honesty from developers and publishers. Don't ship a broken game, don't post bullshots and don't use deus ex machina because you can't write a proper script.

@Merrill, you do realize that when you buy a game from a store the money doesn't go directly to the publisher right? The store buys from the publisher for less than $60, much less, or else why would stores even bother selling games?
The only thing "fresh and new" is going to be the big dookie EA/BioWare take on its customers.
I agree with the reviewer on one point, the game starts off with Kratos busting out of chains, then has you proceed to kill enemies over and over without telling you why or where you're going. I've played all the GOW games so I know his story, but for a game marketed as a prequel it does a piss poor job of it.

I loved this show and game when I was a kid.
I just saw a commercial on tv for this game, it looks pretty awesome. If I had a 3DS I'd definitely get this.
COD 4 and WaW were the only COD games this gen that promoted teamwork. All COD games after WaW promoted rambo type play.
