Good question. It could be a tier pricing. I see PS+ moving to a tiered pricing setup. Different packages for different tastes. My main concern is that Sony will keep online play free and have basic features like x-game chat and a small chunk of cloud storage.

It may sound a bit racist but I notice the Xbox brand is huge with white middle America. Where I live the demographic is mainly an ethnic population and the PS3 is the console of choice.

Played POTC, Limbo and Uncharted 2. I have to be honest though, eventhough I thought Uncharted 2 was brilliant I like Drake's Fortune better. Extra inputs. If it's like the Vita's touch pad it can have multiple sectional inputs (left, right, top, bottom). Right now controllers have 18 available inputs, this will take that number higher. It will give the devs options to put more controller options in a game. I can see the rpg genre benefiting from this.
They all take jabs at eachother. Many rivals in the corporate world do, especially when it comes to marketing. It doesn't mean they hate eachother, and it doesn't mean they don't respect one another. No big deal really.

Lol, the psn hack, which made Sony give everyone free psn+ and games actually helped psn+ become the success it is today. I remember reading articles that showed proof Sony didn't lose customers but actually gained more customers than usual.
Btw, with the psn hack Sony did lose some cockiness which is good. It humbled them a lot and I don't think they'll ever make those mistakes again.
Haha so true. You always hear that. One of my favorites is, "MS has been so quiet, they must have something to show at E3." Then E3 comes and all there was was the same franchises and a new COD presented like it's exclusive.

Wiiu is not "next gen" it's already out, that makes it "current gen". Wii is last gen, Wiiu is current gen, Nintendo's future console is next gen. Ps3 and 360 are current gen as well.

Speak for yourself, I WOULD NOT by a console if it didn't play used/rental/borrowed games. Gaming is only one of my hobbies, I have others to fall back on. Because of Blockbuster, Gamefly and the used market I got to play EVERY PS2 game I wanted, and so far most of the PS3 games on my list. Played a MH on PSP once, kind cool, I could see how some people love the series, but ultimately not for me.
As for comparison, think SotC but more fleshed out.
It's definitely a better console than the Wii, the only issue I see is the gamepad. Why make a console that can only support 1 gamepad? This is a family console right? So why not support multiple gamepads? Doesn't. Make. Sense.
There is some good PR. The game is getting more attention now and I'm starting to feel bad for the devs. So much hard work put into getting a game finished only to have it delayed. I hope they don't find themselves out of work for speaking out though.
I really don't care what reviewers think. I played Duke Nukem despite reviews and enjoyed it moderately. Theres many other poorly scored games I've also enjoyed.

Not news, we all knew their 3 game contract with Sony ended and they were going multiplat.
I feel the same, never even finished Crysis 2, got too boring. Also it has nothing to do with playing on a high end pc. It will look better, but a crap game is still a crap game.
