???
Did we not just get Monster Hunter 4 Ultimate? That game had all kinds of new monsters and new armor and new weapons. And I saw quite a few new monsters in that trailer too. Not to mention those super attacks and verticality for all weapon classes. That guy launched in the air and shot the monster from above with a heavy bow gun.
That game looked amazing on the 3DS. I almost thought it WAS for a console at first.
And clearly you do not understand how much fun the game can be even with a few jaggies in it.
Ya but we all know that Monster Hunter is coming to the west, especially since the last two did and MH4U sold over 1 million copies just in the west alone. It's finally had a breakthrough in the west, and you can believe they're going to capitalize on that.
Which is good for me because Monster Hunter is the greatest franchise ever conceived, next to perhaps Fire Emblem and Zelda.
What a horrible reason to skip one of the funnest games I've played in the last 10 years
It's almost as if people dissect Nintendo's games to find any flaws they can and use that as an excuse to dismiss it. The game doesn't have to be perfect to provide some of the best fun you've ever experienced.
You know what the REAL waste is?
The scores of timeless video games present in the industry that will never be played because of gamers who care more about picking sides and buying consoles as a fashion statement than actually investing in this hobby they claim to love.
Go invest in your hobby, buy a Wii U, and stop wasting all the precious games it has to offer you.
Roger that.
Day one buy, not just because I think I will enjoy the game but to support these types of games on a Nintendo platform.
That's not true. Mario and Link, etc never stopped production. Other Amiibos have been officially discontinued- those are the ones being restocked.
Wii Fit Trainer just popped up on Amazon all over the world yesterday- Amazon JP, DE, ES, FR, IT, etc... Marth was restocked at Amazon US and GameStop, and Target this Friday (possibly all other retailers as well). Shulk being restocked at GameStop, Meta Knight at Best Buy this Friday. Dedede, Ike, Villager, Falcon, Little Mac...
Why do people obsess over judging others hobbies? Grow up?
Ya me too. Just because we grew up on the classics and prefer the GameCube style of controller above all else doesn't mean we still like having cords in our controllers.
They did extend it.
And the 2nd hour was flawless.
Splattershot all the way! Covers decent ground all things considered, and works well taking out those pesky rollers ;)
Commerce. Profit. Personal gain.
These things matter more to most retailers than honoring the lives of those who have served them. Unfortunately, the same can be said for most consumers.
But this is nothing new. Christmas, Thanksgiving, 4th of July... All known for the biggest sales of the year. Black Friday now interrupts Thanksgiving dinner. And for what? To save $50?
That is why I do not partake of Black Friday anymore. I shop online and a...
Just bought it. And the first game for $2.99. It all averages out...
Awesome it's confirmed for Xbox One. So I'll be able to play it no matter what.
But still, come on Wii U goal!
I'm duly impressed. I wasn't planning on getting another remaster but maybe I could be persuaded to pick this up. After all, I loved Bayonetta 2 and this looks very similar.
You can't be serious. "Nintenders"? Nothin but GAMERS over here kid, and we like playing fun games. Whether they be on Nintendo, Sony OR Microsoft.
Grow up.
My top 5
Fire Emblem If
Xenoblade X
Final Fantasy XV
Tales of Zesteria
Zelda Wii U
Almost sounds like a type of redeemable achievement system, which also gives credits for purchases.
My sticks are good, it's that dang STICKER that wears off a month after playing with it. Nasty adhesive left on the controller gets on your fingers...
Just look at Rayman Legends. Same across all platforms, even the Vita.
I expect the same for this.
