You can make all the excuses you want as to why the 360 doesn't take off in Japan but the fact of the matter is that the primary reason it doesn't take off is due to Japanese xenophobia. As long as the 360 is seen as a 'foreign' console, it's never going to take off.

I could go through each character and explain why they should, or should not, be on a top 10 list of over rated characters but really I can sum it up more easily.

The reason the 360 "overcame" the RROD was fanatical consumers. I've said it once and I'll say it again, if the 360 had been another kind of consumer electronics such a television or a DVD player it would have underwent a massive recall and god help them if it had been a computer part because their reputation would be destroyed for years.

The only reason this was "acceptable" was due to there being enough fanatics willing to put up with the RROD. If the 360 had been any other piece of electronics or a piece of computer hardware such as a motherboard or a processor it would have been the subject of a massive recall and the manufacturer would still be trying to recover face to this day.
People who would play Prototype "aren't very nice"? Really now, does the author think that this means that the producer is implying something about gamers?
Here's a clue for you author: There are lots of gamers out there that are not particularly nice, we play games like Grand Theft Auto that let us randomly murder innocent by standers, we play games like God of War and think its awesome when the main character bashes the skull of some poor scholar for information.
We've gotten decent voice work, particularly in the Tales games, for several years now... And the voice work in the 360 version is fine.
