If he made Bayonetta, he'd be called an idiot.
If he made any game, he'd be called an idiot.
Because only idiots don't know when to keep their mouth shut.
So they drop by to show you some respect and you insult them?
Stay classy Turn 10.
By the way, if GT has been "stagnant" and yet it continues to be recognized widely as superior to your game... What does that make your game by comparison?
If you were actually better than Gran Turismo, then you wouldn't constantly have to scream about the fact that you were. I know it hurts your feelings that both of your previous games are widely regarded as pale shadows compared to Gran Turismo but playing second fiddle to a legendary game like that is no small feat.
Those of us old enough to have experienced Microsoft over a long period of time used to use the term "Microsoft Development"
The term roughly means: Microsoft has two development teams, one that works at Microsoft and one that works at every other company that competes with them.
Edge? Scoring down a PS3 exclusive game? Shocking.
Edge doesn't like the PS3, we get it, so why don't they just quit reviewing PS3 games.
I will officially write off consoles completely and put up any console I own the moment that motion control in whatever form becomes the norm.
Why no I don't own a Wii, why do you ask?
On the other hand isn't anyone at all dubious about the fact that all Microsoft would do with this Natal thing is show a prepared video? You can show anything you want in a prepared video.
You have one guy, he's cool and he knows it, he doesn't have to remind anyone, he doesn't have to tell everyone how great he is, he just does his cool thing and everyone thinks it's cool.
Then you have one guy, who has always tried to be like the aforementioned cool guy, he's cool himself but in the presence of the original cool guy he starts to crack a bit, he sweats, he gets nervous, and he's sure that while he's cool as hell, he might not be quite up to the original so he has ...
It looks awesome but anyone who looks at this without going "Konami has seen God of War and they liked what they saw" is kidding themselves.
If you don't think Microsoft throws money at anything and everything they possibly can in order to obtain what they think is a product that gives them an advantage... Then you have no idea how Microsoft operates.
Their business has always been: Release a product and then do everything possible undermine the competition rather than simply compete with them head to head.
We have learned that the big game that everyone cared about probably isn't quite as exclusive as we were lead to believe.
Am I talking about FF14 or MGS:S?
Yes.
But unlike Microsoft, Sony doesn't seem as desperate to convince everyone. First we learn about MGS:S then the more we learn the less exciting it really was, Kojima wasn't really too keen on the game and will have little if any involvement. At the same time we got the firsts spits and sputters ab...
Of everything they showed I was the most impressed by ModNationRacers myself. I care nothing for the eye candy that FF games have become since the jump to 3D, and my experience with FF11 tells me to steer clear of FF14.
When I think "Whose opinion do I want when it comes to judging innovative and interesting ideas for gaming and game peripherals" the first person that comes to my mind is well known gaming expert and long time gaming critic Steven Speilburg.
What is this the Church of Scientology where by virtue of having a well known celebrity to promote something it suddenly becomes better? If I want to hear from a man who made a bunch of movies decades ago that legendary in terms of ...
So basically you're bragging about getting a Metal Gear game only after Konami America threw an absolute temper tantrum over MGS4 not being multiplatform and Kojima finally decided to give the spoiled children over there something?
By Kojima's own words he apparently isn't that thrilled about MGS:S, that should tell you a lot right there.
All of that being said, I hope MGS:S is a great game that lives up to what we've come to expect from the MGS franchise.
And you can be sure Microsoft would monkey up Firefox every which way they could since they're already installing add-ons for it that you have to use the Registry Editor to get rid of.
I'm sure the fact that the Uninstall option being greyed out is just a "mistake" and that Microsoft would never intentionally make it a pain in the rear for you to remove an add on on to Firefox that makes it less secure.
If it is a Metal Gear remake it should be amusing to see how the rabid Snake fans react to him being an amateur.
This "review" is nothing short of a website trolling for web page hits for their advertisers.
How about the ability to delete trophies and disable the ability to get them?
A tastefully done 9/11 game might work. A simulation game in which you attempted to control emergency management systems and things of that nature could work well. People could come to have a greater understanding of the situation in this way.
The very reason Ken is so hated is because so many unskilled idiots use him. He's the go to go for people who want to play on easy mode.
I've said it once and I'm going to say it again, if Forza was really sure it they had what it took to overtake Gran Turismo for the first time then they wouldn't constantly have to go on and on trying to convince everyone, particularly themselves.
It should demonstrate just how classy these people are when the GT developers come for a polite visit and the Forza people just can't help themselves by making insulting comments in a press release.
