Fair question, perhaps limited resources for the spin-off series. If you have to pick, why not offline, which no one else is doing?
How is everyone so upset? So few games have split screen co-op anymore, even though many people like to play games with real life friends. Pretty much every other game with co-op is online only, I don't see why this one being local is such an issue.
The thing is, you don't make all that money so you can turn around and lose it. Don't get me wrong, cash reserves are good when a business makes a bad move, but Nintendo won't just sit and burn through their cash, as their shareholders wouldn't go for it. Fortunately they have the 3DS, but even that isn't selling as well as the DS did, because unfortunately where our generation was raised on Nintendo handhelds, kids today are often just handed an iphone to play bad touch g...
They complain about the lack of content in Destiny. It's one thing to give Titanfall a 9, but if you do that then you take away from other games for a lack of content, it seems a little backwards.
Well, I guess all of Sony's advertising money paid off, even Polygon seems to think it is PS-exclusive.
I'm confused why people were waiting in line to buy something they could just pre-load several days before. I get the resale argument, but with this being such a multiplayer-focused title it seems like one people will probably keep anyway.
I'm really disappointed by the lack of 7.5 jokes here.
2 has the whole story of Kratos using his power to support Sparta, then Zeus tricking him to put his power in the Blade of Olympus; that's the main thing that sets off the whole final revenge story. I'll give it to you though, 1 had a very good contained story, while 2 and 3 were very dependent on each other.
Good to know that PS4 can run the Source engine.
If only. MAG was criminally underrated, under-advertised, and unappreciated. It always killed me a little bit inside to hear people arguing about how much better BF was than COD because of the massive maps and higher player count, but then find out they'd never played (or heard of) MAG.
I before E, except after C, or when sounded as A, as in neighbor and weigh. Weird, their, and neither aren't the same either.
My bad, I thought where it says "Not available" on BestBuy's site that the PS4 was not available. But if you say not available actually means available, well, it must be true.

@ArmyofNone
If there is no stock issue for the PS4, then why is it sold out on Amazon/Target's website/Bestbuy's website? The fact that your local Target has them just means there's a distribution issue-the supply is in the wrong place. Where the demand can access the supply, it is sold out.
How about one premature "PS4 is Dominating" article for every premature "PS3 is Doomed" article we had last-gen?
And we've all seen how productive those two have been since they stopped making AAA console games. I seriously hope Levine doesn't join in the Peter Molyneux/Cliffy B/David Jaffe/Jason Rubin washout crowd of saying AAA console gaming is dead because of whatever is the fad that year (Wii, mobile games, tablet games, free-to-play).
I don't think anything is wrong with 900p in a vacuum. I think if Microsoft would say "Yes, our console is less powerful. Yes, games will look somewhat worse on our console. However, we have X exclusives that PS4 doesn't have and we offer X services Sony doesn't offer and we'll give you X games every month to beat PS+," I think that would be fine. The problem is that they keep insisting that they have equal power when they clearly don't.
Amazing how quickly announcing an Xbox exclusive can take a studio from being "meh" to highly respected.
I am the only one who stopped caring when they announced they were inflating the servers with bots instead of real players?
Now can we stop pretending Polygon is a legitimate site? Playstation Blog isn't going to review Halo, so why do they keep pretending?
I love how many people talk about the vita being "dead" or in "oblivion" and then turn around and talk about how the Wii U is all sunshine and rainbows. Both are great systems, but sales-wise they are both in the tank. Yes, even if SSB sells 3 million Wii Us (which is optimistic).
