The first one was so much better.

@InTheZoneAC The only reason Socom is being requested is for the online.

Agreed, BF1 was far superior.

Not enough people on the COD servers for you?

3712d ago 0 agree1 disagreeView comment

Yeah I guess we found the people who like shoddy annualized games. These people probably think The Witcher needs to be more like Assassin's Creed.

3712d ago 0 agree0 disagreeView comment

Lol it's funny because I'm sure you'd also complain if they did annual releases.

3712d ago 1 agree0 disagreeView comment

Lol just because these are indie games doesn't mean they are bad. Are you really expecting them to discount Fallout 4 and Battlefront?

3712d ago 1 agree1 disagreeView comment

I love all the "no single player, no purchase people." Did you also skip Fallout 4 because it doesn't have multiplayer? It's pretty rare that a game is great at both.

There are valid complaints about the game (season pass price, lack of splitscreen and bots on the main modes), but "Battlefield Clone" is not one of them.

If they do allow people to change, it should cost a decent amount or be a one time only thing. It's so annoying on Steam with people constantly changing names.

Although this is a European chart, at least in the US the Nathan Drake collection is the first taste of Uncharted for many PS4 owners, unfortunately, because they did not own PS3s. I guess that is less applicable in Europe though, since people there didn't buy into the Xbox 360 hype as much.

In general I agree that there are too many re-releases, but for a few select PS3 classics I think it makes sense.

Lol you will go digital when games are no longer on discs, and GameStop finally dies (hopefully soon, maybe next gen). You could have been at home playing at 9 if you'd gone digital, with no annoying crowds or parasitic stores.

I still have PT on my hdd. Still works fine. Plus it was a demo; you literally had no right to it whatsoever, and that can't be equated to purchasing a game.

People make all this racket about how MS/Sony are going to delete your digital games, but they could just as easily release firmware that would make your discs not work anymore (which if you chose not to install, you could no longer use online features), so it's really no different.

For new games you pay the same for digital (sometimes there are even discounts for digital preorders, Witcher 3 being one example), so that argument is moot. Also, once people stop propping up stores like GameStop and just let physical games die, digital games will be cheaper.

I also mentioned Amazon launch day delivery as an option for discs as compared to going to the store, so I wasn't just talking about digital, anyway.

Also, I'm not going to sell...

I just don't understand why people keep doing this when Digital Preloading exists. Heck, even if you are one of those people who keeps buying discs so you "own the game," you can get same day delivery from Amazon now.

Maybe you've never played a third person game with good controls.

3725d ago 3 agree4 disagreeView comment

This. The disagrees have never played infamous games. I don't know why AC gets a pass when a similar game has such better controls (well, I do, the reviewers have never played infamous games seriously because it was a series that got established on PS3, so it's automatically "uncool"). An FPS with wonky controls would automatically get compared to COD/Halo/Destiny/etc.

The problem with this is that it doesn't factor in the possibility that people on one console or the other might be buying a higher percentage of games digitally. Maybe it is reasonable to assume the percentages are close to the same on both consoles, though.

Curious why you think this (or you @MichaelLito79) (actually interested - not trolling). 360 had a year head start (and more in Europe) and totally won the "hearts and minds" in the US, largely due to Sony's bad initial marketing and pricing. Despite that, PS3 still outsold 360 worldwide, if only slightly. Now, Xbox had the terrible pre-launch and higher initial price, and lost the goodwill advantage in the US. Despite declining game console sales in Japan, PS4 will probably sti...

They are comparing it to the old consoles as well. Just in case anyone is still trying to make the "but, but, install base!" argument for why new games should still be on PS3/360.
