Blizz have gone from 'they can do no wrong', to 'uh oh, lets see where they're going with this' type of developer.
So I agree - Titan will be an interesting reveal (if it every happens!!)
Hearthstone has a brilliant balance between casual and hardcore. It's a fantastic game.
Diablo 3 was a huge fail and signalled a bad direction for Blizz, but the 2.0 patch has really turned things around - I've massively enjoyed ...
I think the most important point is whether the x2 power increase is done before the x4 increase - so first you double the power of The One, then you quadruple the new result!.. Or will the result just be to add the increases together get a rather lame x6 (in comparison) increase??
MS need to answer this ASAP!! And we NEED a response from Sony (or have they fired the person responsible for responses????)

I've got mixed feelings about this expansion.
Most of the good stuff has come from the 2.0 patch, not the RoS expansion.
In reality we're paying almost full price for one new character and one new Act (which is OK, but nothing special).
The 2.0 patch is what makes Diablo 3 closer to the game it should have been at launch. At half the price the expansion would have been awesome value - or even if they launched it as in-game DLC so peo...
I did wonder the same thing. Why turn away from the action on the cloud demo?
And when he turned back it didn't look much different from when he was just shooting at it - not even close to the level of destruction the non-cloud PC was churning out.
It started to remind me of Minecraft on PC when I set off a load of nukes. The frame rate went to hell, but when I turned away from the blast zone the frame rate got much better.
I'm not ...
They didn't make it backwards compatible because of the different hardware architecture.
Sony would have had to find a way to emulate the work of the CPU/SPU's in the CPU/GPU of the PS4. Plus the GPU's are also different hardware.
It would have been too huge an effort, and far too expensive - with no guarantee of good performance in every game, especially those that are created by people who were coding close to bare metal.
Hang on... But I thought Sony were doomed? Surely they can't be opening new business areas.

@Hugo
Yes, I remember E3 2013 well. I even posted recently that MS had the better game showing that year.
The problem I have with MS is that I bought an original Xbox in Year 2, and it was cut off early. I bought a 360 on Day 1. 2007 was awesome for games, but the last game I bought was Gears 2 in 2009, nothing appealed to me after that. So once again I felt let down by MS. Then there was the focus on Kinect. The 360 and MS lost direction.
Depends on the type of free peek...
For paid boxes and sub models... Most MMO's are such generic, cookie cutter Wow-wannabes, that no dev will risk people getting a free taste of mediocrity. They'd never sell any boxes.
If an MMO is already free to play, and the 'free peek' is for the paid features - I would argue that the game needs to be good enough in the 'free' version to provide incentive for people to want to upgrade. Star Wars...
A Crash reboot alone would probably steal the show! Certainly generate a lot of noise in the media.
God of War... Hmm, would be nice, but I hope it would move on the game play as well as the graphics (this is my main complaint so far this gen - the games have last gen game play, and next gen graphics).
I'd be happier with a new Ratchet and Clank instead of Resistance... but wouldn't complain either way!
I agree with you.
I have a PS4, and love it. I want MS to now give me a good reason or two for me to buy an XB1 - but it's going to take a lot to convince me.
This is a critical E3 for both Sony and MS.
It's time to leave nothing on the table. They need to pull out all the stops.
Sony need to ensure they keep up the sales momentum and keep the good feeling in the media and with customers.
MS need to turn the tide with some huge announcements.
I've not been blown away by an E3 for some years now, so this year needs to be big. I would say that Sony needs to show maybe 3 or ...
@KNWS
Yes, dedicated servers are better, but I've not noticed any major problems playing PS4 games online. This is the only point where there's any advantage for Gold.
Owning the games available from Game for Gold is a weak argument. I've been subscribed to PS+ since the beginning and have no inclination to cancel, so those games are a good as permanent. Also those games don't vanish from your account - they are there to play again if a pers...
Exactly! I dunno what it was. I liked the story, I love RPG's, everything about the games should have blown me away... but it just didn't click!
I've tried playing through Witcher 1 about 4 times, and Witcher 2 twice... And both times just stopped playing after a while for no reason.
Still going to buy Witcher 3 though, it sounds too good to pass up!
"why would you choose to take off.. "
Lets see...
Maybe he gave his notice months ago - most people in senior positions have 3-6 month notice periods in their contracts.
Maybe he expected the game to ship last year on time, and had always planned to leave now, because of some other commitments such as starting a new studio
After years of development for DC and a delayt maybe Sony wanted a fresh person in charge, off...
I was so disappointed when D3 was originally released - probably all time my biggest disappointment in gaming. A huge let down that was obviously designed to extract as much money from people as possible.
However I just gave it another shot. Started a character from scratch. The 2.0 patch does make a big difference and improves things a lot.
It's still no Diablo 2 - but it is at least pretty enjoyable now. And you don't need to buy the expansion t...
The sort of restructuring where you are streamlining operations or promoting from within, or outsourcing.
Not sure yet.
Destiny and Batman are probably the closest to the top of my list.
Witcher 3 looks good, although for some reason I have never been able to get in to the previous two games - despite trying really hard!
Maybe a few Indie games. Planet Cubed looks neat.
More than anything I'm hoping for some surprises that make me HAVE to buy an XB1 and WiiU, to go alongside my PS4, PC (and PS3).
Also hoping ...
Thanks. Appreciate you responding.
Spark is definitely a title that appeals to me on XB1.
If you have experience of both, how simple are the tools to use compared to LBP2? Particularly around the more complex stuff like programming the brains / AI.
I love creating stuff in LBP2, and Spark is hugely appealing to me, so I'm kinda curious about the overall feel of it. The demos I've seen look very intuitive.
Finally, how does the creative aspect compare - for example, people took LBP2 - a 2.5D game - and managed to create RTS, FPS etc games...
VR Wars? So we're already at war?
Why does everything have to be a war? Especially with two different products aimed at different markets.
