Yep, same here. EA have gained £19.99 out of me for these games, whereas they would otherwise have got zero.
"I think we are more comprehensive than any other console on the market right now"
Very true, they are being comprehensively beaten by Sony

Not surprising.. How many games do Valve actually release... I imagine their devs spend the afternoons sipping cocktails and swimming in their vast pools of DoTA money :)
£19.99 for unlimited access to 4 games I have never played!
Yeah, Thanks for NOTHING EA!!

I've already got £19.99 worth of value out of those games, and I only signed up a few days ago.
N4G has almost nothing to do with news. It's about clicks and quantity over quality.
Yeah, I said the same thing yesterday. This is no longer news or a story.
It's been discussed and dissected to the nth degree. Time to move on to fresh clickbait.
I signed up for it, as £19.99 a year is a great deal for games I have not played and would not pay full price for. I am surprisingly addicted to FIFA at the moment - a series I have previously disliked and would never pay £19.99 for on it's own, let alone the full £55 (same for Madden). Battlefield 4 on it's own is worth £19.99 to buy.
If Activision and Ubisoft also did the same, I would probably sign up for those as well.

Well said guitarded77
And if you're after examples of good MOBA's... DoTA2 and LoL are MOBA's with similar POV to RTS games, while Smite is more TPS. This WWII MOBA with FPS POV sounds like OMG!

TL;DR
Acronyms suck

Might want to check the source of this news.
So far we've seen reports of 600k. 1million and 1.5million...
Until Sony report numbers everything is speculation.
It seems like Sony are on top of their logistics this gen, as tracking sold to customer is harder to do than reporting shipped.
I suspect that Sony's figures are including a lot of independent and smaller retailers that NPD don't normally track - and VGChartz would have no idea how to track.
In sales. I doubt the XB1 can overhaul the PS4. Even though MS did a great job grabbing market share from Sony last gen, the PS3 still outsold the 360 WW pretty much every year.
So with an equal start for XB1 and PS4, I can't see what MS can do to claw back over 5million sales.
In terms of games. Whilst I prefer the Sony 1st party exclusives MS have announced a lot of good stuff. If you can afford to buy both consoles, you're in for a good time.
Offended? Lol.
I was just pointing out the stupidity of ravensly's comment. The first comment on the article is not about the article, it's idiotic 'PC Master Race' rubbish.
I play games not tech specs. And I can guarantee that my enjoyment of playing exclusive games at 1080p (or, shock horror... lower!) on my consoles is every bit as good as my enjoyment playing exclusive games at 1440p on my PC.
Stating that console games...
Controversy surrounding Rise of the Tomb Raider is disgustingly being dragged out by 'journalists' looking for hits.
Fixed
Sorry? What? That's impossible... I heard that as soon as you get a 4k screen your 'PC Elitist' membership card turns up in the post, and anyone found also owning a console is forced to play Zelda's Adventure on CD-i until they repent or go insane.
21:9 at 3440x1440 isn't a backwards step... It's a side step in to a totally different aspect ratio of screen.
Just as there was a significant difference when things moved from 4:3 to 16:9 ratio - it is a hugely different experience moving to 21:9
So whether the resolution is 3440x1440 or 4096x2160 or 5120x2160 (the largest resolution 21:9 screen you can get) is not my point.
For those who want a traditional 16:9 screen at 4k resoluti...
Thanks for the update kneon. I'd only heard through hearsay, so didn't want to state it as fact.
Is the retailer going to honour the order until the PS4 version does drop? Could be in for a long wait :)
Yeah dude, enjoy playing Uncharted 4 and Halo 5 at 4k on PC...
Personally I'd prefer to see more 21:9 ultra wide screens aimed at gamers.
A gaming version of LG's 3440 x 1440 screen would be great. I find that resolution nicer for both work, and playing games.
Not sure I really see the benefit of 4K for me.
@ShowanW
So TR sold 6million... More than the current install base of the XB1!
And you predict they want to sell 12-15 million. That's speculative at best, and fairly ridiculous.
If SE didn't have the money to develop a new TR to the level of quality they needed (and all this crap about the previous title not being a success) then why did they bother investing in a better quality PC version - rather than a simple port of the 360/PS3 v...
Excellent... We pay almost double the price for next-gen games, and get less features.
At least the graphics are shiny to validate that high price eh!? <cough> PC games look better and are cheaper <cough>
This gen is starting to annoy me...
I got bored of Forza 5 quickly as so much was DLC, and there was a lack of tracks / cars. It was just HD graphics and nothing new.
inFamous was good for one play through as th...
