Unless there's a technological reason for it, I doubt it'll be only on PS3. Activision and MS are far too close for that to happen.

I was just pointing out the flaw in matey's post that suggests no one could come up with anything that functions like the WiiU Tablet.
I'm pretty sure that Bungie did a deal that allows them autonomy, and retention of all IP they create. Pretty unheard of in the industry, which shows the clout Bungie have. It seems to me they are effectively operating like an independent, but with funding and guaranteed publishing from Activision.

Rubbish! No doubt Ninty has patented aspects of the WiiU tablet controller - , but Sony could just as easily allow the Vita to be used as a PS3 controller and do just about everything the WiiU tablet does, in and in some cases more.

Good. I don't think any dev has fully cracked the morality thing in games. Sure, give us moral choices which impact the story / game world (like in Bioshock 1 with the Little Sisters), but don't try and build a full game mechanic around it unless it absolutely works.
I hated the morality choices in the Fable series; inFamous wasn't a whole lot better.
I don't really buy the argument that PC gamers have such massive FPS choice compared to console owners. There are a few big games, and the rest is filler. It's the same one PS3 fans use to explain lower exclusive sales.

My gaming is split between PS3 and PC pretty evenly, but I'm really not seeing a huge resurgence in PC gaming.
I'm seeing a bigger push toward indie gaming. And a push toward digital downloads, but in general shelf space for PC games in bricks and mortar stores is declining.
To have a resurgence should mean that either PC games are selling the same or more than console games; or growth of PC gaming is faster than console gaming.
