Graphics wise, Crysis really blow out of the water both Halo 3/Gears of War and Resistance: Fall of Man. Hell, it looks better than any current PS3 or Xbox 360 game.
What do you guys think?
If Micro$oft lowers Xbox360 price by 50$ or more, Sony MUST lower PS3 price by, at least, the same margin. I mean, why would any reasonable person (not a fanboy or early adopter) buy a PS3 for 600$ to play, for example, GTA4, when he can play for much less (300-350$ or lower on Xbox 360). Almost 50% cheaper.
Sony need to think about that...

I'm not saying this article isn't interesting, on the contrary. But, you know how people act around here, and misuse/abuse everything they can to either praise one gaming system, or to bash it.

Why is this article on N4G.com? Why would gamers give a damn how hard/easy is to program for one platform. That's developers concern. Or is this another almighty-cell-in-PS3-will-blow -away-everything-on-every-othe r -console-because-it's-limitles s flamebait?
I don't think it's bad for PS3 to become a "new Dreamcast". If PS3 ever become as good as Dreamcast was, then I'll buy it for sure. :) ;)

Um... SEGA sold over 10 million Dreamcasts worldwide, not 2 million.
I agree with Kornbeaner - if PS3 sales does not boost significaly after Christmas/holiday season 2007./2008., it could became a "Sony's Dreamcast".
Invisible War was OK at best (comparing to Deus Ex 1). Original Deus Ex (not Invisible War) was faaar better experiance than it's (not worthy) sequel Invisible War.
Invisible War was a good game, but it failed to become what the first Deus Ex was - a legendary game, one of the best in the videogame history.
I agree that #1 PC game of all time is Deus Ex! :) ;) As shown on this list, btw.
What's so epic about this game? Nice presentation does not make any game "epic". Just listen to this:" This game is EPIC - great draw distance, great music, 32x32 miles playing fileds, great lightning FX". And, what about the storyline, the message it delivering...

1) Why, in God's name, is so important to fanboys of both PS3 and X360 the "fact" that some game can be done on one, but not on the other system? Like someone said - there is no "NO WAY" in programming.
2) When a game is exclusive to PS3 it's because it "can't be done on 360", but when it's exclusive to X360, then we get "lazy developers" crap all over the place. Developers want to make money, meaning they ch...

This could hurt PS3 sales, but not too much. If Pioneer (or any other BD player manufacturer) releases a standalone BD player, then PS3 sales will probably take a serious hit since many people want a BD player right now, and are willing to spend 600$ on PS3 (because it's still cheaper than standalone player). If there are 300-400$ standalone players available, then most of the people won't by PS3 just to watch HD movies.

I agree with Naturalgamer, but when Sony drops price on PS3, there's no doubt M$ will do the same with X360. Also, Nintendo may drop price too to, like, 200$ or less, and we're back at the start. So, yeah, it IS possible for Nintendo to win this generation war, but I don't believe Sony and M$ will disappear from the gaming market just like that...

Why do you think I like Halo 3 or any Xbox 360 game? Or PS3 game? I'm a PC gamer since 1991., and all I see in this, so-called, "next-gen" is good graphics and lack of ideas an originality...
