Accurately interpreting depth has always been an issue w/ cameras.
Metroid Prime 3 and RE4: Wii Edition are shining examples of excellent motion control implementation.
Now we just need a 4th =)

I suppose you'd rather have Nintendo release games w/ new characters but have almost the exact same gameplay, a la the FPS phenomenon.
Rather than buying a calibration disc, I'm simply using the settings that ppl have posted for my TV in videophile forums. Granted, the settings won't be optimal unless I do it myself w/ a calibration disc but I figure they should be pretty close if I use the settings that videophiles are using.

I'm not convinced of this notion that Nintendo gets a free pass when it comes to determining the quality of their games. We all heard it when Metroid Prime 3 came out, when Mario Galaxy came out, when Smash Bros Brawl came out, and will probably hear it when Mario Kart comes out.

Pretty good list I'd say, but there are other Wii games that could've just as easily made the list, such as Fire Emblem, GH3, or Trauma Center IMHO.
For some reason I was thinking this game was gonna go for $30. Definitely seems worth $50 tho.
Any idea how much this game'll cost? I think it's already been released for the PC but not sure.

Dude, awesome. I still think the 1st Elebits is one of the most innovative titles to have come out this generation, and it is has very addictive gameplay. I actually had no doubt there would be a sequel, just didn't know when.

I always felt that if Nintendo were going to release a new GC controller for the Wii, that it would be a Wavebird w/ a receiver unit that looks like it belongs attached to the Wii's GC controller ports.

I'm not in a position to doubt the validity of this by any means, but these kinds of announcements tend to create over-blown expectations.
It'd be like if the Wii was supposedly only capable of running games at 60fps max and then Nibris managed to get Sadness running at 61fps, I'd simply say, "Meh", even though they did manage to achieve what was previously believed to be the impossible.
