That's what I get from Sony, it's confusing. They have two sku's, that was confusing. Now they lower the price on the cheaper one, but not on the expensive one. And they now have hdmi on both. And they're going to sell 80% of them at the higher price point.
But what they've done is made the lower price point so much more attractive. It's like 150 dollars cheaper, and the only real difference now is a smaller hard drive.
So are you going to spend 150 dollars ...
I thought this was already known to the general public. I'm glad whenever I see a game like this delayed, because it means they're not rushing it, they're polishing it.

I'm not really one to go around flaming people, I get so tired of seeing the "one console is superior to the other console" crap. I like playing games.
I own a 360, and for the year I've owned it, I've enjoyed it. I'm looking forward to the games coming out in the future. All is good.
I was concerned about the ps3 because at that cost I can't justify buying it. I already have a game console. The Wii, maybe. It's cheaper and maybe has some fun game...

Since E3 this game has been shown in as much as 15 minute clips...I can't think of another ps3 game getting this kind of attention.
And yet...this game doesn't come out for a year. Why is Sony having so much attention focused on a game coming out a year from now?
1080p is a non-issue. Sony's comments don't bother me because they're misleading. Saying MS made a mistake not putting in a hd-drive is missing the point that it is just not necessary for gameplay.
All these Sony games that suddenly require a blu-ray disc...let's see them in action, on a ps3. I'd love to see what I'm missing out on.
First comment: Graphically, it's okay...but what I noticed was how mechanical it all looked. Like how people walk, the barrel rolling to a stop...it's not fluid, it's robotic looking.
Second comment: Is this a game the Japanese like? I've always been told that the Japanese hate the violence of FPS games, but you don't get much more violent than this game.
NG is a great game, but it is seriously hard. I find it funny that some Sony fans are gloating when they're getting a two year old game from a 3rd party developer.
The 360 will get NG2, when he finally gets around to making it, and that's what makes me happy. I like when 3rd party developers put their games out on both platformsbecause it means I don't have to buy multiple consoles.
The article should have been titled "New Bioshock Screens", as no announcement has been made, and you should have included the other formats.
That being said, you've got to appreciate how creepy this game wil likely be.

Were there huge announcements by MS? No. Why? Because X06 is next week in Barcelona.
