The 80GB model will drop in price at some point (Most probably December). A 120GB model is rumoured for release in Europe early next year. So they're going all out on capacity, although you could buy a 750GB HDD and install it instead, but hey that'd be overdoing it a bit...
I think Lair deserves at least a rental. I'm still unsure as to whether or not to buy it, mainly because I haven't got much to spend on gaming due to Uni and stuff so I'm currently the harshest critic on what games to buy. Heavenly Sword is a yes, but until I get my hands on a Lair demo I won't be able to truly make my mind up on it.

MSG4 will remain on the PS3 until Hideo Kojima-san says otherwise. He wanted it to be on the PS3 only as his last MGS game, so until he decides to put it on the 360 nothing will change. I know there are other people that make decisions over what happens to MGS4 at Konami, but as it's Kojima's final MGS game they won't disrespect his decision by pushing it out onto the 360.

yeah I watched an interview with the Haze exec dev and he said releasing Haze this year for PS3 was the best decision because of the lack of competitors (I immediately thought "what about COD4?".
So it comes out for 360 next year after the Halo 3 hype has died down. Good strategy.

MS can buy exclusives but they can't buy respect. Sony and Rockstar go back many years. Rockstar needed money so obviously if you get offered $50 million dollars you take it, it wasn't because they preferred the 360, it wasn't because they liked MS more, it was because they needed the money and it would of been a stupid decision to turn that much down.

...they think Playstation. I know the GTA games have come out on Xbox but they attracted people to the PS2 because it hit that platform first and thus people associated GTA with the PlayStation.
It won't be different this time either. This exclusive content stuff isn't going to work for MS now either as the PS3 will have a much larger fanbase next year and so the DLC won't be as much of a pull for the 360 as it would have been had it been released this year.

It's running at 30fps because EA mad eit that way, not because it can't handle it. A Sony guy said so in an article I read about it a few days ago. He said don't look at us (meaning point the finger at EA because they made the game).
It's possible because previous sports games have run at 60fps on the Cell so using Madden (A game I won't touch anyway) and saying the cell can't handle it is utter bull.
