Heh. And after seeing actual gameplay of MOH, all I can say is that if someone was indeed looking for a MW2 killer, I guarantee this is going to be it. Mark my words. I would go into detail a bit more about it, but because the embargo lifts tomorrow, I have to keep quiet. But, come tomorrow, I will be definitely spilling beans.
They can be, yes.
Finally. My MW2 has been collecting dust here. Some new DLC should liven things up a bit.
Hmm...
Is it me, or is the UK IGN and this IGN review the exact same thing?
Funcoland... now I feel extremely old.
I haven't played a good Skateboarding game since the first Skate. The Tony Hawk franchise has gone down the toilet, personally. I can recall the good ol' days of the original Tony Hawk on the PS1.
That's because it wasn't as great as the first one. The first Skate was amazing. The second one, not too much. But after seeing some gameplay footage of this game up close, it really looks good.
@Bigpappy
Apologies, kind sir.
@tronz
You're absolutely delirious if you think that Natal is going to do well by word of mouth. There's no way to even utter the words "nothing will stop Natal," when it hasn't been released to the public for personal analysis of a product still in development. That's a foolish fanboy statement. Natal isn't out - stop giving it praises as if it is.
@Bigpappi
lol. Find me a written post on N4G that displays me being any form of fanboy to any console. I'm loy...
@Bigpappy
The "force" thing comes from the idea that in order to market the product effectively, and to appeal it to potential consumers before marketing as a standalone (which I no doubt know they will), which is the best strategy to get them into homes. It's not a PS3Fanboy "argument," it's a business strategy that will work.
The best way to perpetuate the attractiveness of a new product like this is to bundle it with consoles so that people ca...
Knowing Steve Ballmer, though, one can't take his claims as concrete fact. He's been known for speculating from time to time.
There no doubt in my mind that Microsoft is going to bundle Natal with the Xbox 360. It's a far easier way to introduce and market the device to the consumers. Selling the peripheral as a standalone at first might be pretty tricky - and what better way to promote something that to actually bundle it with your hardware? Of course, although it's a form of 'forcing it on people,' the one thing that will sell Natal - if it manages to do well - is the software/applications that accompany it at lau...
I'm leaning more towards "we'll have to wait and see."
@Str8fe
Medal of Honor is definitely the FPS I'm waiting for this fall. The game is looking to be absolutely amazing in every way.
@Hitman0769
Socom: Confrontation should have been done by Zipper. As a Socom launch on the PS3, I'd figure Sony would want to go with the very same people who've been doing it for so long. They dropped the ball there, but I'm happy to hear Zipper's on Socom 4.
Couldn't agree with you more. I'm definitely hoping these maps are real. Looking forward to getting my hands dirty again in MW2 pretty soon until BC2 arrives.
Because you probably play the game religiously.
Too bad I'm a collector, otherwise I would have traded it in for BC2. :\ But this is definitely good to know that MW2, especially at this point, is worth that.
Star Ocean for the PS1 was pretty good - and loved Star Ocean for SNES. I'm currently playing it for the 360, which isn't too shabby. Good review, though.
I never figured out how a glass juice container was stronger than concrete...
These guys are hilarious, if you haven't seen their previous videos. Good sneak peek - looking forward to the rest.
